The veterinarians here are some of the best I have ever had. My cat Bane wasn’t eating for over a day. Turned out he needed an emergency stomach surgery. Dr. Johnson and his team saved my cat’s life. My family and I are forever grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Dr. Johnson and his team have the kindest hearts and truly love and care for all animals under their care. Because of this, I felt very comfortable leaving my cat under their supervision and care overnight. My cat is now recovering and is almost back to his normal, happy self again. If you’re looking for emergency veterinarians you can trust with your pets, this is the place to go.

I took my dog Taco here after he ate half of a chicken bone. They were able to see me right away. Dr. Johnson was very kind and helpful. The cost was very reasonable too. I was prepared to pay a lot more for an after hours vet urgent care. I would definitely come back here again if I ever needed to.

I'm writing to express my outrage and disappointment with the staff at this pet clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. the veterinary technician was rough and careless when handling my pet. The veterinarian themselves was condescending and unhelpful, failing to provide any meaningful diagnosis or treatment plan. The entire experience was stressful and I'm extremely disappointed and appalled by the service my pet received at this clinic!! To make matters worse, the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. I was charged an exorbitant amount for HORRIBLE care, and I left feeling frustrated and worried about my pet's health. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and would advise others to seek care elsewhere !! Super unprofessional, and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff's lack of compassion and competence is shocking, and I hope that management takes steps to address these serious issues.

I found this vet when my pet Junie was very sick and had diarrhea for 2 days and didn’t know what to do. They were very supportive and helpful. The second time I went It was because of his ear and everything was super amazing. I love how they took care of him. Today, I came in to check in on his allergies and give him the injection he needed for his allergies. The girl who took care of us was very scare and was afraid to take his temperature. She made me and my boyfriend take his temperature because he was barking. If you work for pets you should know when a dog is excited compare to him being aggressive. A dog is definitely going to sense when you are scared of him so you can’t be afraid while you work as a vet. Since the first time I went to them Junie was never put in a mussel by today they did and it really hurt me cause I was definitely loving the way they worked until today. I didn’t even get to speak to a doctor. It was very frustrating because I was definitely thinking of keeping this veterinarian as his primary care. Right now I’m on the fence. I wanted to cry honestly. They really disappointed me.

Vets and staff are nice, however there is a severe disorganization, incompetence, and poor communication here. They don’t call to let you know the vet is running late, so you’re stuck waiting an 1 hour for them to come in. Labs were drawn out of house and I was told someone will call for results. No one ever called and when I did call back 4 days later I was told the amount of blood taken was insufficient. As someone with knowledge of how that works, the person drawing the blood can visually see if it is sufficient as well as with their experience they know what is enough. I had to come in again get blood re-drawn. They are either 1. inexperienced 2. do not care. If someone called to communicate this right away, no problem. But having to call for results and then be told there was an error and I have to come back in is unprofessional. The balance for the initial visit was already paid for so it seems they prioritize other things. Lastly, they have my pets name down wrong, I corrected it 3 times and it’s stilled filed incorrect. To be honest, this place seems a mess and filled with inexperience. They rejected offering a discount for any service. I mean. what else could go wrong?

The place was very clean after a bit of a wait, my dog was seen for urinary complains the doctor listened to all my concerns and addressed them. I am very pleased with the services and treatment plan.

IAC Urgent Vets saved my kittens life ! I am so grateful! They took my baby Junie in like she was family and got her back on her feet. They are responsive and are always ready to take action. The owner Juan called me personally to update me on her care. They are prompt and professional. I highly recommend bringing your pet here ! Dr.Johnson and the entire team of staff did their best to ensure the best outcome! Mine is a success story !
