We had an emergency with my 11 year old guy. We called and said we were on the way. The staff members were ready for him when we arrived and swiftly came out to the car to get him. We believed he had already stopped breathing before we arrived but that didn’t stop the team from urgently taking him inside to see if he could be saved. I lost a best friend and loyal protector that day, but I have comfort knowing people were around that cared and tried to save him. I appreciate the staff letting my family and I grieve in the privacy of a room with our beloved fur baby covered in a soft blue blanket so we could say our goodbyes. They didn’t rush us or ask us to leave and we stayed there probably a couple hours. Thank you i35 animal hospital staff for your compassion during a most difficult time.

Based on information available on the internet, including valuable feedback from our clients, i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital strives to provide a supportive and caring environment for both pets and their owners. While specific details about the hospital's ambiance and facilities are not extensively described online, the testimonials offer insights into the staff's dedication and responsiveness, particularly in emergency situations.

One customer recounted a critical emergency involving their elderly dog. Upon arrival, the team was prepared and immediately attended to the pet, demonstrating swift action and concern. Even though the outcome was heartbreaking, the client expressed profound gratitude for the staff's compassion, allowing them private time to grieve and say goodbye to their beloved companion. This highlights a key feature of i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital: a commitment to empathy and understanding during difficult times.

Our services likely encompass a broad spectrum of veterinary care, typical of a well-equipped Pet Hospital. These generally include:

  • Emergency Care: As indicated by the immediate response in the aforementioned review, the hospital appears to be prepared to handle urgent medical situations. Quick assessment and intervention are crucial in emergencies, and the team's readiness suggests this is a priority.
  • Wellness Examinations: Routine check-ups are vital for maintaining your pet's long-term health. These examinations typically involve a thorough physical assessment, allowing veterinarians to detect potential health issues early and provide preventative care.
  • Vaccinations: Protecting your pet from preventable diseases is a cornerstone of responsible pet ownership. A Pet Hospital like i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital would offer a range of essential vaccinations tailored to your pet's species, age, and lifestyle.
  • Surgical Services: Many animal hospitals provide surgical procedures, ranging from routine spays and neuters to more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. While specific surgical capabilities of i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital are not detailed in the provided information, it is a common service offered by facilities in the Pet Hospital category.
  • Dental Care: Oral health is integral to your pet's overall well-being. Services such as dental cleanings, extractions, and preventative dental care are often provided to help maintain your pet's healthy teeth and gums.
  • Diagnostic Services: To accurately diagnose medical conditions, animal hospitals utilize various diagnostic tools, including blood work, imaging (such as X-rays), and other laboratory tests. The review mentioning blood work indicates that i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital offers these essential diagnostic capabilities.
  • Medication and Pharmacy: Veterinary hospitals typically have an in-house pharmacy or provide prescriptions for necessary medications to treat various conditions and manage ongoing health issues. The provision of steroids, antibiotics, and pain medication in one of the reviews confirms this service.

While the majority of feedback suggests a caring and responsive team, one review presents a contrasting experience. This customer detailed concerns regarding communication, transparency in pricing, and perceived pressure for extensive and costly treatments in a non-critical situation. The review mentions a required emergency deposit, delays in receiving the pet back after procedures, and a lack of clear pricing options initially. It's important to consider all feedback when evaluating any service provider.

It is worth noting that the second review also highlights a situation where the customer felt that a more conservative and less expensive treatment approach was not initially presented. However, after the customer advocated for their preferences, alternative treatments were offered. This suggests that while the hospital may have standard protocols, open communication and advocating for your needs are important aspects of any veterinary interaction.

Despite the mixed feedback, the positive account of compassionate emergency care underscores a significant feature of i35 MarketPlace Animal Hospital: the dedication of some staff members to providing comfort and support during stressful times. The willingness to allow a grieving family extended privacy is a testament to their understanding of the emotional bond between pets and their owners.

My cat got bitten by a copperhead in the face last Sunday morning. I took him within an hour after calling ahead. When I arrived they recognized me from the phone, rushed my cat back and stated they needed a $750 deposit to get him seen right away. I paid it then said to them, "there is no one ahead of me in line, why would the emergency deposit apply when there is no one we're cutting infront of for an emergency?" They said there was one other person there ahead of me in a room already. I said well ok, can I just wait after that person to have the emergency fee waived?. They said no. They came out said they needed blood work and to sign. I signed, they came back and told me the cat got bitten by a snake. I already told them that. They said he'll need anti-venom and it costs over $200. However, to administer anti-venom would require hospitalization, IV etc costing well over $1000. I said bring my cat back and I'll pay for the blood work but we're leaving. They said they couldn't bring the cat yet, he's getting blood drawn now... About 10 minutes later a lady comes out and showed me blood results and offered medicines.. like steroids, antibiotics and pain medicine. WELL NOW WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE! This lady seemed better than the rest of the staff but I was very upset by this point and stated that they need to give price range options. They came out earlier trying to make me feel like the cat would die if I didn't hospitalize and give anti venom. There was never an option to do anything less for cheaper until I caused a scene in front of other customers. They still hesitated another 25 minutes to give my cat back. His foot was shaved from blood being drawn. His neck was shaved for who knows what reason. Total ended up being $656 for blood work, medicines and exam (they refunded $93 from my deposit). This place preys on emotions and tries to get the most money they can. A front desk lady was very rude along with one of the vet techs. Two employees seemed well intentioned and caring. My cat is better so I am thankful for that. If I would have listened to their protocol, I'm betting would have cost over $2000 by what they were quoting before I demanded my cat back.

After being shuttled back-and-forth from Allure to an urgent care vet where they sent me and back to Allure, only to be turned away again, I happened upon this Emergency Animal Hospital. Thank God!!! Their entire staff was professional, friendly, and caring. The receptionist took my information over the phone, greeted me with recognition as I walked in the door and quickly took me and my clients’ dog to a room. He was given water and treats to try and calm him after hours of waiting at other locations. They were all calm and soothing with him and a doctor quickly saw him even though he was dealing with another emergency. They explained everything they were going to look for and do and quickly gave him something for his pain until they could treat him. They were also concerned with me because they could tell that I was rattled. I cannot say enough about how much they helped make this horrible situation manageable. For an emergency vet, their charges were not unreasonable. I will definitely send all my friends and family to them!

This vet was the absolute worst thing that could have happened to my family and our fur baby! Our fur baby had a blockage from eating a piece of clothing. They said the surgery was going to be 6,000 but he had a possible mass and if they confirmed it they would not operate and I would have to put him down. So I had them do an ultrasound sound and they said yes there was a mass but never showed me any confirmation and when the Dr came in to tell me he wouldn’t even look at me. He looked at the floor like he could care less. They told me he wouldn’t make it through the night and I needed to put him down right then and there. I refused because I felt in my gut something was just off. I told them I was talking my dog home. They made me feel like absolute scum for not putting him down. Mind you 1 day later my dog is completely back to him self! And was able to poop the sock that he ate out. This hospital is a joke and there poor decisions almost cost my fur baby his life. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to my worst enemy! Here is my beautiful boy who they said “wasn’t going to make it through the night!”

Took my baby here tonight, she was suffering so much but I took her to 2 other places before and this was the last stop. The staff was so much better than i expected, they treated my baby so well with so much empathy and compassion. Even though we decided to put my Frida to sleep, I will always remember the humans who made it possible for me to love on her one last time and treat my family and I with so much care. You all have helped me more than you could ever know. Thank you so much🫶❤️
