Veterinary Evans and his staff are the most amazing…supportive…professional people to care for our pets I’ve ever taken my fur baby to. The staff is attentive and caring… answering all of my many questions about any procedure done… Dr. Evans is like handing over your child to be cared for and in the most loving and gentle way… he listens to my concerns and explains exactly what and why each problem will be handled.. he truly loves his job and animals.. He and staff are a blessing!

I can't say enough good things about this vet's office. I've been coming to Dr Evans for over 20 years and each and every time, we have a good experience. My family recently moved 2 hours away and could not find a vet we liked in our new area so we make the 2 hour trip to see Dr Evans any time our babies need to be seen. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and welcoming. You can tell that everyone here truly cares about their patients. The prices are very reasonable and the office is always clean and smells nice. I would definitely recommend Hwy 6 vet clinic to anyone. Love this place.

I came here for my dachshund that was 19 years old. The other vet I took him to because he became very sick, told me that he needed to have his shots up to date and needed to have surgery on his mouth, I disagreed with the vet staff at the other place because he was 19 years old and wouldn’t be able to survive the shots and surgery. I brought my dachshund here because my mom recommended it and the vet here would give me the best possible diagnosis for him. The vet looked over him and gave me the truth and it was the worse news that every pet owner doesn’t want to hear. He told me that my dachshunds organs were shutting down due to age and that if we were to perform the surgery then he could either die during surgery or after surgery. He explained to me that our best option is to put him to sleep because he’s in a lot of pain and he’s not doing well. I was crying and I asked are you sure this is the best choice, his response was yes we have to take his pain away. I was so devastated by the loss of my sweet boy but I had to make the hardest decision for him and that was letting him go to heaven. I was at least happy knowing I got the right diagnosis for my baby and that the vet didn’t try to scam me out of my money. Thank you for giving my sweet boy Killer the right diagnosis. First of all, this review is about our Shihtzu that we had for 15 yrs, who was like our son and part of our family. He was at the end of his 16 yr life span and it was time for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Thank God, we were referred to Dr. Evans who was caring and understanding, while helping us get through this emotional time. May our lovable Shihtzu, Jojo, rest in peace. Thank you Dr. Evans.

A kitten adopted me recently and I needed to get a rabies shot for it to comply with my apartment Mgrs requirements. I found Highway 6 Vet Clinic online and since it was near me I went there to make an appointment. The nice lady at the desk said they could fit me in later that day. I wasn't expecting that. This will be my vet clinic for future needs.
