This is an amazing vet experience for me and my cat & pup! They all cheered for him when he got his K9 influenza vaccine, it was SO sweet. Plus the vet didn't try to take my money and said I probably still have some allergy spray for my dog and he was right. So they aren't money thieves! lol I love you Huguenot Animal Hospital! U^ェ^U

Another noteworthy feature, based on a positive review, is the perceived honesty and integrity of the veterinary staff. The reviewer appreciated that the vet did not recommend unnecessary treatments, indicating a focus on ethical practice and the pet's best interest.
However, it's important to consider all feedback. One review raised a concern about unexpected charges due to tests being run without prior explicit consent. This points to a potential area for improvement in communication and ensuring complete transparency regarding the costs of diagnostic procedures before they are performed. While the reviewer did agree to the treatment of the diagnosed ear infection, the lack of prior discussion about the tests themselves led to dissatisfaction. This highlights the importance of clear communication between the veterinary team and pet owners regarding proposed treatments and associated costs.

Aug 03, 2023 · HilaryI made an appointment to get my cat her 2nd distemper shot. I had a coupon from RAL to get a free office visit. I ended up spending $214. They said she had an ear infection and asked if I wanted that to be treated, which I did. But they never asked first before running some tests on her. To arbitrarily run tests you never agreed to first is bad business.
Feb 17, 2025 · Victoria HooperDr. Williams is an amazing and trustworthy veterinarian. He provided care to my two dogs and cat when I lived in the area. He always provides various options of care, an estimate with the prices of the recommendations he is giving, and he takes the time to explain in great detail what he will be doing with any procedure. He performed multiple successful surgeries on my animals and was also very compassionate and comforting when it was time to euthanize my oldest dog a few years ago. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone I come in contact with in the area looking for a veterinarian.
Oct 04, 2024 · Patrick HanlonBest Vet ! Dr.Williams and Dr.Lee are so thorough and very helpful, you can tell they truly care. I'm not sure what these past reviews are about and seems like the whole story isn't there. I have been going here for almost ten years with nothing but great experiences. Thank you for always caring and being so welcoming!
