My husband has been taking our dog, Caroline, to Hubbs since before we were even married! We added another fur baby, Olive, to our family in 2020. Hubbs has been our trusted vet! The waiting area is always very clean, as are the rooms. The staff is always kind and professional! We are very thankful for the intentionality and care that each team member gives to our pets. Caroline and Olive both recently had their annual visit. I was able to take both of them in a matter of just a couple hours! The wait time was very minimal and I was in and out in no time. Very competitive pricing! Thank you, Hubbs Animal Clinic for the service you provide to families in our area. I am so grateful!

One of the most remarkable aspects of Hubbs Animal Clinic, highlighted by customer testimonials, is their exceptional responsiveness and care during **emergency situations**. A particularly poignant review details how they saved a dog named Clyde who was in "life-threatening condition" after a pitbull attack, occurring just before a severe winter storm. Despite the treacherous weather conditions, Hubbs Animal Clinic was "about the only clinic open," and they processed Clyde's emergency check-in over the phone, getting him into surgery immediately upon arrival. This demonstrates their dedication to critical care and their commitment to being available when it matters most.

Several key **features** distinguish Hubbs Animal Clinic. The **dedication of the veterinary team**, particularly veterinarians like Dr. Jerrod English, is consistently praised. Dr. English's extraordinary commitment to Clyde's recovery, by making his way to the clinic twice daily over a snowy, treacherous weekend, is a testament to the profound level of care and personal responsibility the veterinarians at Hubbs Animal Clinic exhibit. Such an act goes "beyond" expectations and instills immense trust and gratitude in clients. The clinic operates as a three-doctor practice, including Dr. Randy L. Hubbs DVM, Dr. David Ford DVM, and Dr. Jerrod English DVM, indicating a collaborative approach to patient care.

Another significant feature is their **competitive and affordable pricing**. Despite providing life-saving emergency surgery, the client noted that "what they charged us was very affordable considering," even when they were willing to pay any cost for their pet's life. This combination of high-quality, life-saving care and reasonable pricing makes Hubbs Animal Clinic an invaluable resource for pet owners. Furthermore, they provide options for financial assistance, including accepting pet insurance (reimbursing up to 90% for unexpected accidents & illnesses) and offering financing solutions like CareCredit and Scratchpay for existing conditions or large upfront costs. They also partner with Vets First Choice for an online pharmacy, providing more convenient and potentially cost-saving options for medication and food.

The clinic's **efficiency and minimal wait times** for routine visits are also a celebrated feature. A client mentioned being able to take both their dogs, Caroline and Olive, for their annual visits and being "in and out in no time," with "very minimal" wait. This demonstrates a well-managed practice that respects clients' time while providing thorough care. The "intentionality and care that each team member gives to our pets" highlights a consistent commitment to animal welfare across the entire staff.

For **promotional information**, the extensive positive testimonials from long-term clients and those with critical emergency experiences are the most compelling endorsements. The stories of saving lives and providing empathetic support through all stages of a pet's life, from annual visits for young dogs to critical emergency care, are powerful narratives. I got to take my baby boy, Clyde, home today and share this photo thanks to Hubbs. He got attacked by a pitbull that left him in life-threatening condition the morning before the big winter storm hit that dumped about a foot of snow everywhere in the river valley. They were about the only clinic open and when we called with our emergent situation, they checked us in over the phone and got him in for surgery when we got there. I know that they worked on him even as the snow was hitting and without this intervention, I’m sure I would’ve lost my boy! Dr. English himself made his way to the clinic the very next morning after surgery, every day, twice a day, over the weekend, even though there was snow everywhere and it was treacherous, so as to check on Clyde and make sure he got the care he needed. I didn’t expect that nor would I ever ask that of anyone, but he did it anyways. They saved his life and I will be forever grateful! On top of that, what they charged us was very affordable considering, even though I was willing to cut off my arm and leg in exchange for my pup’s life. The staff of Hubbs clinic deserve all the praise in the world, thank you! ❤️

My old boy was saved by Dr. Ford. He has cared for him for a while now. Very compassionate and he is absolutely brilliant. I love Dr Ford very much for saving my best friend/child. I've added pictures of the brilliant work he does to save lifes.

Wish I could leave no or ½ a star! I own a rotund cat that's not very lengthy to be able to bend to keep herself groomed, so every few months, we have to take her in for a sanitary clip. Never had a problem here BEFORE Hubbs retired! She went in yesterday to get cleaned up. The reception staff was rude, didn't even know that they did that kind of thing (the sanitary clip). Then during the weighing, they had the wrong cat's file, they had the one for our petite runt calico that was & is 6lbs, & remarked when the scale said 17lbs how much weight she'd gained! My husband saw the other cat's name on the paper & pointed it out & the tech said it didn't matter! Yes, it does. IF these cats were ever seen there again, it does! It's no different than people's medical records! To make matters worse, when they took her back to clip her, my husband could hear our cat bellowing & and he heard the one shaving her YELLING at her to shut up & be still! What good does that do when an animal can't understand English! All it does is stress an already stressed out animal more! If dealing with the care of animals irritates them that much, they need to find another job! On top of the mobility issue for this cat, her decline in grooming started with new, loud all the time neighbors next door where we rent! Insult to injury was the price $65 for two small shaved spots on her back & a little clean up around her hind end. Last time, pre-Hubb retirement, almost her whole back was shaved for the matted hair, its cost was $30! This doesn't ever cover the medicine instructions for her slight irritation around her butt. The VET handed the amoxicillin suspension to him & said one dropper once a day at the same time every day & shake well before dosing. My husband asked if they gave her a dose to get her started, and he was told no. I got ahold of the medicine to dose her last night. When reading the box, it has to be mixed with water & and shaken, AND the prescription label said TWICE a day! So confused which to follow, the vet & once or the label & twice! Needless to say, we won't be using them ever again & will make the drive to Barling to River Valley Animal Hospital, where the staff is super pleasant & longer hours, even open on Saturdays!

I worked for them. The doctors are great most of the staff was great but the office manager was rude for no reason all of the time. They have a huge turnover rate in the front because she is too hard to please. I understand she has gone through alot but it doesn't give her the right to mistreat people. As far as giving the pets the best possible care, both doctors and techs take great pride in their jobs love what they do. They love every one of those babies that come in! Edit: Hubbs Animal Clinic please respond to this! There was absolutely nothing said about issues. It was about how the unnamed office manager was rude, mean and downright hateful. To all of the employees. Especially the receptionists. Not only to me but to others as well that I witnessed first hand. It's wrong. No matter how you want to spin it, that is a clear issue. I won't and have not gone into detail about anything. Yes, you were very accommodating! I never once said you weren't! I also stated that you the company, doctors and staff were great with the pets and loved what they do. The truth! SO please, don't be condescending! It looks ignorant!
