I have used Howard County Vet three times in the past year and have been so impressed. Twice I had goat emergencies, one was after hours. The third was a scheduled farm call for vaccinations. All services have been provided in a timely, professional, efficient manner. Fees are reasonable. Animals lives were saved! Howard County Vet is top notch!

Fantastic vet clinic. We take all 3 of our dogs here - we absolutely love Dr Stroupe and Cara. We have come in for the routine and the unfun stuff and are happy with the care, compassion, and attention that all of our boys receive The entire staff is just knowledgeable and caring Editing to add from a more recent experience that would have us offering 10 stars if google would allow it- we had an after-hour allergy event. We called up the emergency line, left a message- not sure what to expect. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Payne called us and said he was turning around and driving back to the clinic to meet us. We got there and he met us at the door and he saw Eugene's breakout- got him all fixed up and relieved from his discomfort. We are SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Payne for his willingness to go the extra mile. What it means to us and our furry family is hard to put into words.

They fit me in cuz I had an emergency, I had to have my 20 year old male cat put to sleep. And they walked me through the process because I've never done that before. They also let me charge it I've been a customer there before cuz I had ran off and forgot my wallet. It wasn't a great day but they were helpful. Especially after the 2 other vets close to me and said to make an Appointment even after they knew his history and me being a customer at one before. You will be missed Pete, but at least your not in any pain now. 馃槩
