Hope Springs Veterinary at Sajo Farm

I don’t even know where to start. My Lad is not an established patient, but when he got sick while we were traveling, they treated him like he was the most important pup in the world. I had stopped at an emergency vet in another city, they diagnosed him and advised they were leaning towards wanting to keep him overnight. I explained we were not local and still 6 hours from home and they gave me things to try at home. The next morning he was worse, I could not get him to take his meds and it wasn’t good. I called Hope Springs and they gave me a same day appointment, checked him out and looking at the test results from the previous day, they recommended keeping him for treatment. I agreed and they took great care of him. I was able to stop in and visit him and after 2 days he is home. Still not 100%, but well on his way to being there. Every single person I spoke to was nothing short of incredible. These folks are well trained and caring, the medical staff… saved my little guy and let’s face it, THAT is what matters!

Dr. Frye of Hope Springs Veterinary at Sajo Farm has been our border collie’s doctor since he was a puppy. She and all her staff are wonderful to work with. They are very caring which is evident after every visit when they text to see how Jax is doing. If I say anything other than well, they promptly call to gather more information and advise what we should do. You can’t ask for better.

Not military friendly. We have had only one time that we had to reschedule an appointment in less than 24 hours due to being held at work. We now for every appointment have to pay half of the deposit upfront. I understand this if someone did it two or three more times but one time is ridiculous. There should at least be a one time grace allowed, sometimes unexpected circumstances come up especially in the military. Their vets are good for the most part but unfortunately we will be changing vets.

Dr. frye was great. Addressed all my concerns. I got an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Then, I got my cats blood work results within 24 hours.

They are sweet clean prompt considerate very hospitality oriented. They keep your pets best health in mind highly recommend insurance to go with quality care. They see your fur babies like family and understand how important they are to you and yours. Expect clear precise professionalism here. They also keep up with prescription reminders for your pets super helpful.

This was Lady's first visit. The staff here is so wonderful and took their time with her. She took her first shots like a champion 💜🐕
