In early February 2025, I got the dogs up to date with all shots, and they had a day to be groomed the following week. HP doesn’t like his nails cut, and the only groomer in Marble that can do it without forcibly holding him down - trimming too short. He was so angry at the last groomer, and me, he would not look me in the eye for days. Shaming me. The day before their appointment, I took them to Bark, dog park. The fountain had not been repaired yet (It has since) and it was supper muddy. And they were covered in mud. Mud was all over my car. It was overwhelming, and I have Long Covid. I hit a wall, those with LC understand. And I live alone, and just needed help. The next morning, 2 Hope Vet Techs drove to my house in Marble and picked up the dirty dogs. They got to stay over for a few days. I needed to rest. When they did come home, I was in better health, and they acted so grateful and behaved themselves (for a few days). I sometimes need help. Since moving to Marble Falls from Briarcliff, I have had such positive experiences with my neighbors, everyone I encounter here is just so nice. Everyone helps each other. I am so grateful. I mean has your vet ever picked up your filthy dogs and let you have 2 days of peace? No, me either. They give me Hope.

Mar 13, 2025 · A.J. FarrerDr. Lord and the staff are beyond amazing! I took in a foster in very bad shape and brought her in to see what she needed to get back to health if that was even possible. Some breeder had dumped her while she was still lactating, had a high fever, severely under weight, mastitis, various parasites, heartworms, the whole 9 yards. The team at Hope was so sweet to Zen and patient with her. She was in pain and terrified and not in the mood to be poked and prodded but they took their time with treats and positive reinforcement. It meant so much to me and here we are 5 months later and Zen is wrapping up heartworm injections, back to a healthy weight and doing great! She’ll be spayed and chipped once she’s cleared for surgery and will have an amazing life as a regular dog instead of someone’s money making machine. Hope Animal Clinic will be my vet for life now and I’m transferring care of my other dogs to them as well. They also extended a 20% discount because of the rescue situation which I think is wonderful. The other vets in town did not offer that incentive. Thank you to the whole Hope team for loving Zen back to health and supporting me too through a stressful and initially really sad and infuriating experience. Animals suffering because of the greed and negligence of people is completely avoidable…ADOPT DON’T SHOP!!!!! 💙🐶
Dec 25, 2024 · Amanda PattonWe adopted our sweet, two year old cat on a Tuesday 12/28/22, by Thursday evening she stopped eating & drinking & shortly thereafter we discovered she had tapeworms! We hadn’t found a veterinarian yet so I called the one closest to us and we could not have been happier with our choice. We called as soon as they opened and, even though they were booked solid for the day, the awesome receptionist consulted with the on duty vet & she agreed to work us in that morning. The on duty vet was knowledgeable, so pleasant and knew what to do to take care of our little kitty. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the vet & vet tech put us at ease and answered all of our questions. Best of all, our cat seems to be on the mend and adjusting nicely to her our home. I highly recommend Hope animal hospital and we now officially have a permanent veterinarian clinic for our kitty. **additional input, 12/30/24** our sweet girl is now 4 years old and even though our kitty girl now needs to lose some weight (that’s on us - we just need to say no when she tries to convince us that she’s starving😂), Hope Animal clinic continues to be a fantastic partner in keeping her healthy & happy. Two years later, we’re still very pleased with our choice of Hope Animal Clinic!
Jan 01, 2025 · RC RockeyWe absolutely love Hope Animal Clinic, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pete and Stacey! Dr. Pete recently came to our home to help us say goodbye to our 14-year-old dog. He handled the situation with such grace, kindness, and compassion. It was such a difficult moment for our family, but his patience and empathy made all the difference—we’ll never forget it. He also cares for our 5-year-old Frenchie, who had a scary reaction to vaccines. Dr. Pete handled it perfectly and with total professionalism. We feel so lucky to have him as our vet. Stacey at the front desk is another gem—she’s always competent, friendly, and calm, even when the clinic is busy. She’s truly the heart of the front office. Hope Animal Clinic has earned our full trust and gratitude. Thank you for being there for our family!
Apr 15, 2025 · Meghan PetersonThe doctor actually sat on the floor and that put Jack at ease. He went over got a tummy rub, then the doctor did an exam. He gave him a thorough exam and did bloodwork to make certain Jack was healthy. We really liked Dr. Kvarnstrom, and the technicians. Thank you all for an enjoyable experience.
