We've been going to Dr. Tim for years. I trust him. He's honest. He's saved one of my dogs. His staff is kind & caring. He doesn't try pushing things just to make an extra dollar. Definitely recommend Dr. Tim

Let me start by saying that I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years. We have other family members who also bring their pets to Hoof and Paw and referred many clients because we have always loved this clinic. The front desk girls and techs are wonderful - always! Today I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. This is unacceptable. Doctors should not be scheduling 15min appointments (2 at a time) AND expect to build relationships with their clients. When asked by the vet how I was doing I stated I was aggravated. He laughed. Maybe he didn't hear me. And not once did he apologize for being so far behind. I could go on but I will just leave it as please do better Dr. Tim.

I have been going to Hoof n Paw since the 80s. I have always been pleased with the care my fur babies get there. The staff is always friendly and works with you on my appointments. The 3 doctors there are fantastic and knowledgeable on the animals of all sorts. Thank you for many, many years of wonderful services and living care on all the fur babies.

I have not personally brought my pet here but I did have an interview for a job position and based on that alone and how they treat staff I would never bring my pets here. I was told that I am offered a 1 hour lunch but “be prepared to never actually take it” because they demand you just work through it and eat when you can. They asked me if I had any medical disabilities and that if I did they would refuse to hire me because “they need someone who’s actually going to show up to work.” Which is completely illegal. Then asked me how I handle criticism which I replied I can handle it, then was told “Ok good. Because our Vet is old school and he will just yell in your face that you suck at your job.” That is not criticism that is being a rude person! I was told by a friend they brought their dog in for surgery and was lead downstairs to pick them up where they were stuffed in a dirty cage in a dirty basement with flies and gnats everywhere which is absolutely unsanitary. Based on the 1 star reviews of other people’s visits I would absolutely believe them and I would not bring my own pets here regardless of how “cheap” they are. You get what you pay for!
