Hometown Vets Covington

Dr. Doss and her team at Hometown Vets are welcoming, compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented. It took us a bit to find a local vet we trust after moving from another state and we are so happy we finally found Dr. Doss’ practice. We always feel like our questions are thoroughly answered and we never feel rushed during appointments. Dr. Doss and her team have provided evidenced-based, expert care for our fur-family for almost a year now (and counting) and we highly recommend them!

This was the BEST vet experience I (and my pet) have ever had! Everyone on the staff was so kind and genuinely cared for my cat and his well-being. I will definitely be switching all my animals to them. And have already told everyone about them. I thought the pricing was great, too!

I can’t recommend hometown vet more!!! Today was my first visit with our puppy and they were so amazing! Going to be making an appt for our other dog and cat soon! Jessica, the vet tech, was very personable and fun to chat with and Dr. Doss was open to answering any and all questions I had thoroughly!

What a great group of lovely people. We took our elderly husky in for a second opinion. So glad we did. Dr. Addante and Jayden (Jaden?) were so caring and knowledgeable and really took the time to speak with us about our sick baby. They were both so genuine and kind. The front desk staff were also great, and they fit us in on very short notice, which I appreciate so much. The facility is beautiful and clean, and I love Voodoo the cat who patrolled the inside perimeter making sure everything was under control. :) We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

The nicest people work here! The staff and veterinarian went above and beyond to make our visit awesome. I have a dog that can be very aggressive when he’s scared. Historically, vet visits have been hard, and our previous vet had to muzzle him. But the vet tech at Hometown won him over with treats and patience. He did not growl nor nip a single time. Also, they did not push to do more in the office than was necessary to keep the visit shorter. I no longer dread taking my dog to the vet! I would highly recommend them!
