Hometown Veterinary Partners Orland Park

My first experience at Hometown Veterinary Partners was amazing! While looking for a vet closer to my house I decided to give this new place a try to resolve my 3 year old german shepherd’s ongoing allergy and anal gland issues. Check-in reception was great and the place was just so squeaky clean. Dr. Stephanie Ortiz was AWESOME and explained everything that could possibly be causing these issues in great detail as well as all of the possible avenues for how to move forward to resolve them. She also gave me the most thorough bloodwork analysis I have ever received which gave me great comfort in my pet’s health. I am so happy I found this place for all of my fur babies, this will definitely be our primary vet from now on!!! Better than 10/10, total 15/10 experience!

I went to Hometown Veterinary after tracking down Dr. Stephanie Ortiz who was our vet in the Plainfield area. We went to Orland Park because of Dr. Ortiz! She has taken care of our prior 2 dogs, and now we have Annie. Dr. Ortiz is the best vet ever! She gets on the floor with the dog and spends a great deal of time with them. She is by far the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and loving vet I have met in my 78 years. Belive me when I say there have been a lot of vets in my life in that time. She is definitely worth the trip to Orland Park. The rooms at Hometown are like your living room at home. Warm and friendly. Not cold, metal exam tables! I would highly recommend Hometown Veterinary Partners in Orland Park and Dr. Ortiz for your four legged, furry family member!

Recently moved back to the area and needed to find a vet for my cat. I was recommended this one by other practices as the other ones were all booked. I'm so glad I went here! The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the place is clean, and the price is very reasonable. Had to get a lot of testing done for my cat, which ended up around $300 total, and when I had gotten similar services/tests done at a vet in Southern Illinois before my move, the price was triple that just for the vet to tell me they had no idea what the issue was! Very thankful this place is affordable and got my cat the help she needed

Visited them yesterday and they've only been open for about a week and a half. The staff was great, and the doctor/vet was very knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to me and my dog's medical issue and pain she was having. They are still working on getting more medical equipment and controlled drugs, but said they would get them in the upcoming week or two. I recommend checking them out!
