After 18 years of serving as our protector, best friend, and shadow, our son was ready to move onto his next adventure. Cooper was objectively the most handsome and smartest pup that the world has ever known. His good looks and intelligence were perhaps only exceeded by his incredible strength and athletic abilities. Dr. Wendy and Dr. Kyle treated Cooper with the compassion, dignity, and respect that he deserved. His transition to the big party was beautiful and filled with more love than can be put into words. Cooper said his temporary goodbye while surrounded by loved ones in one of his favorite relaxation spots. The docs made sure that everything was performed perfectly and peacefully. We could not have asked for a more serene send-off. Though there is little that can make this dreadful day any easier, we were comforted in knowing that Dr. Wendy and Dr. Kyle cared about our family, and they respected our process for sending our son off to the big party. "We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we'll meet again some sunny day."

Like we did, you may be reading reviews to see if this is the company you want to use to say goodbye to your dearest family members. I’m here to tell you that you absolutely should. They were very clear with refund policy and rules/regulations, arrived perfectly on time, had amazing bed side manner, and made an absolutely awful day into a pleasant, comforting, and warm experience. We highly recommend Holistic Vet for euthanasia services. Thank you for the love and respect you shared with our Quincy, we will never forget it.

I had to put down my beloved Labrador and I can't say enough good things about the in-home euthansia care she was given by Dr.Wendy and Dr. Swanson. It was peaceful and loving and she could pass away at her home. Worth every penny and more. Thank you to both of them.

This business completely lacks empathy towards families that have just lost their pet. I understand the no refund policy is stated right off the bat and business is business but when the passing of a pet takes an unexpected turn and the pet passes earlier than anticipated and before the scheduled service, you expect a business that operates in the field they do to have some empathy towards the family going through a heart breaking experience. To not offer even a partial refund is heartless and cold especially when no costs have been incurred. And then on top of that, to simply respond via text “as discussed and per the consent form payment is none refundable” again just lacks all empathy. If you are considering using their services please reconsider and find a company that actually cares about you and your pet and treats you like you are more than a chargeable service.
