I couldn’t be more disappointed! My 2 1/2 pound three-year-old Yorkie has been suffering from seizures. The main trigger of them is strong scents. I went over this on the phone with Kayla before the appointment. Eucalyptus being the top one, and peppermint the second. She informed me they use essential oils at the clinic, but assured me they would not be running the diffuser on the day of our appointment. I arrived and walked in to an an overwhelming strong scent. If you doubt me, please go to the clinic yourself. I immediately asked what it was, and no one could tell me. They ushered me into a room, saying they didn’t run the diffuser in that room, but it made no difference. The strong sent permeated everywhere. I asked multiple times to see the bottle of oil they used but everyone seemed against providing this for me until I insisted. The number one ingredient in what they were diffusing was peppermint. I took photos of these bottles. I, of course, left, but not without my hair and clothing, and my dog for smelling of peppermint. I’ll probably be fighting the effects of this in him with seizures for who knows how long. I’m so disappointed, and unbelievably angry. The incompetence and disregard for my dog speaks volumes. They literally offered to do his appointment in my car.

Dec 27, 2024 · Jennifer CoonBlue was very appreciative for his chiropractic adjustment! He's feeling better already! Big thanks to Dr. C and her amazing team! Very knowledge and caring staff!
Dec 06, 2024 · Dimetra TsitsoDr. Cichra is an incredible holistic veterinarian who not only cares deeply for animals but also takes the time to teach pet owners about the benefits of holistic medicine. Their approach focuses on addressing the root cause of health issues rather than just masking symptoms, and the results speak for themselves!! My baby Achilles skin has improved tremendously after only ONE visit! We have been seeing her for a few years for Chiropractic adjustments and resorted to holistic for recent skin issues. I’ve learned so much about how nutrition, natural remedies, and a balanced lifestyle can dramatically improve my dog’s well-being. Thank you to the entire staff for treating my boy with such love and patience! Holistic all the way!
Dec 16, 2024 · Juliana AdamsThe staff is very friendly and doc is knowledgeable and kind. Office is always clean, smells good. Nice outdoor space to walk before entering. Each appointment takes a very long time. We travel from about an hour and 10 minutes away, so that plus 2 hrs at the office and the commute home, it's a half-day event. It also feels like they may slightly overbook their time, which I can understand in case there's cancellations. We usually get into a room quickly, but when there's 2 other patients in other rooms, there's a lot of waiting between treatment types. At another location, you could purchase treatment "packages" such as 6 acupuncture treatments for a reduced bundle price. I'm not aware of that with this office, so it's quite pricey.
Jul 10, 2024 · Gabrial SilversmithBowser and I had a wonderful experience today! This was our first appointment and I can’t wait to bring him back. HVC was very accommodating in getting us in for our initial visit, and everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive. Bowser is normally an anxious pup in car rides the second the car starts moving, after his acupuncture and chiropractic treatment he actually was so calm he almost fell asleep on our ride home! Thank you all so much for our visit today 😊
