Hillview Veterinary Clinic / Bed & Biscuit

I have been bringing my dog for years. Everything, I pick my dog up from boarding there are always extra fees for shots that are never discussed before hand. I have also brought my dog for grooming with Dee several times and they tell me once I get there that my dog needs certain shots before they can grooming him. Today, I drop him off for grooming and they told me the same thing. My dog can't be groomed until he gets his Bordetella shot. I said check his records again and the lady said no he needs it because he is 1 day overdue. When I scheduled his appointment for grooming and for his next boarding stay the lady Sue told me my dog is up to date on all vaccinations except the flu. That is why I brought my dog in for grooming today. Now, I am being told he needs a Bordatella vaccine. The lady Lauren told me she would let him stay today since he will have the vaccination by boarding next week. I leave my dog and receive a call 1 hr later stating they can't grooming my dog unless he has his vaccine. I asked to speak to the manager Renee and Lauren told me she is going to tell me.the same. I asked again to transfer me to her. Lauren,.then tells me my dog can get groomed today because he has his Border vaccine and that they have two different systems so she doesn't know why it is not correct. I said ok but this has happened several times before your office waits until I have a grooming appointment and/or boarding appointment and tell me once I get my dog there/when I pick him up from boarding and she told me she didn't believe what I was saying and I can go somewhere else if I like in a non caring tone. I always think when I pick my dog up from boarding I am paying the boarding price but that is never the case. She was rude!!! They think they never do wrong and get people for extra money. The guy in line with me today told me they have did him the same way so he takes his dog to get vaccines somewhere else that is cheaper and communicates with customers better and he just uses Hillview for daycare. A staff member by the name of Amanda was great with communication and now she is no longer there. I am so over this facility and will not be back if I can help it! As of this week they sent me a.letter stating only to find my dog a new facility with no apology or phone call to see how they can fix the past situations or what they can do better. I am sure that is because theynget over on a few people financially!

My husband and I got our kitties set up to go here for their appointments since the place I used to go to is farther away. The location is easy to get to and parking was simple. The inside of the clinic has a country, old timey feeling. 🇺🇲 Overall, we had a good experience and will be back with our kitten for his next round of shots. 😊

We love everyone there, thank you for taking such great care of our boy. Scooter gets so excited to come even when he’s getting his vaccines!!! Great vet office!!!

Good first visit, they were very thorough and spent about an hour in finding what was wrong with my buddy and gave me everything he needed to get over it! Prices are typical for a veterinary office.

I have visited this clinic several times for both of my dogs. The staff is friendly and reassuring. I’ve never had a problem making an appointment in a timely manner. Sometime same day! I highly recommend this clinic. Their prices are very reasonable.
