I found Hilltop due to needing to get my prairie dog, Jose, neutered last year and finding a trustworthy vet to handle exotics isn't easy. Jose healed quickly, the staff and vets LOVED him and the price was very reasonable. I then became a reoccurring client for my senior dog, Emj, who had arthritis. They've been patient and sweet towards the ole gal too and helped her tremendously trying to find a concoction that has benefited her. Included are the two patients that get treated like gold.

Hilltop Family Vet has always gone above and beyond to ensure that every animal we bring in is always treated with dignity, respect, and compassion as they receive the best veterinary care. It doesn’t matter if it’s one of our personal pets seen for routine care, to a new arrival at our sanctuary needing to have diagnostics, to an emergency and critical animal we’ve been called to assist within the community that needs emergency surgery. Dr. Montgomery, Dr. Hill, and Dr. Floyd are not only exceptional veterinarians but also exceptionally compassionate individuals. Head tech, Alyssa, support staff, and the receptionists all complete one of the most amazing veterinary teams we’ve had the pleasure of working with. This clinic sets the bar for excellence! We have been clients for ten years and we are delighted with Hilltop! They have given our 14 year old cat the very best care. Everyone is friendly and caring, and very efficient. It is easy to get an appointment and we can count on being seen on time. Dr. Floyd is the best. She’s very thorough and has such great rapport with our cat that vet visits aren’t traumatic for her!

Dr. Hill was able to see my dog for a last minute, same-day appointment before the holiday weekend. She was caring and down to earth, which is an often-over-looked trait among doctors. She took the time to listen to our concerns, explain what she found wrong, and didn't upsell unnecessary procedures. The rest of the staff we interacted with was friendly and the facility was clean. We appreciate you all!

Everyone and I mean everyone, reception staff, techs, doctors are AMAZING! So compassionate and understanding. They go out of their way to make sure you understand everything and WANT to share their knowledge with you. I have never felt rushed or like I was just a number.
