I’ve been taking my fur babies to Dr. Myers for several years, and I’ve always felt that she and her staff have taken great care of them. Scheduling has been easy, especially if I have an urgent issue with one of my kitties; the office has always accommodated me. Dr. Myers always takes the time to discuss any needs my pets have, and I never feel rushed. I decided to switch to another veterinary office a couple of years ago that was closer because one of my kitties had extreme anxiety with car rides, and I wanted to save him some stress. However, I eventually returned to Dr. Myers' office, even though it’s a longer drive, because I felt her office was more organized, provided better care, and had fair fees. Her staff always takes the time to call and check on how everything went after a visit, especially if medication had to be administered. I truly appreciate her and her staff.

I've been going here since the day they opened. The doctors and staff are the most caring individuals you will ever meet. I've taken baby Lukas here since the day I adopted him. Recently, he became ill and Dr. Myers treated him since she had an appt cancellation. Lukas was back on his feet a day later after having a 105 deg temp. Thank you Doctor Myers! We will always be a customer of this beautiful and caring vet facility. Oh, if you're worried about pricing, maybe you shouldn't own animals in the first place.

The staff is very nice here and the doctor is fantastic. Each staff member has always been caring in the treatment of my furr babies. The office manager Jessica is top notch in knowlegde, oragnization and service. It also reflects on Dr. Meyers that she has been able to keep such a great team together for so long. Dr. Meyers is even able to relax my little dog that is nervous at the vet. She is thorough in explaining the range of treatment options and costs. I tend to go with the top tier, but I like that they are not pushy or limited in range of treatments and cost. I give them five stars on their services. We had to change vets 4 months ago, although I would go back to this office and use them as a backup if needed. This is because they went through growing pains after they expanded a year ago. Prior to expanding, it was always a very prompt pace of service. Maybe they overbook with the extra rooms, but there was a lot more waiting at my last 3 appointments. The last one we had 4 months ago took 3 hours for what used to only take about an hour. Some of this was waiting around and dealing with new staff that miscommunicated. I understand everyone needs to train at some point, but they also poked my dog on all 4 legs trying to get a blood draw, which has never happened before. My 12 year old gal left traumatized and exhausted. She mostly slept for two days after a routine appt. They were very sorry, and I believe they will get it together soon because the office manager is fantastic. I am sure they will also get the new team members trained to give top service. Originally, I was so impressed by all the staff, which is why I started taking her here. I thought this was going to be her last vet after our last vet moved, but I guess part of their success is the growing pains. I wish them all well. If I had a younger dog, maybe I'd be more patient in their growth process, but she is my lil old baby lady, so I can't. Update: The doctor and staff reached out with concern and graciousness. I know the last few times do not reflect the service that they strive to provide. I didn't say anything the first two times because I understood they were growing, and maybe there were urgent care patients, but it was this 3rd time that really wore us out. I believe they really care and will figure out how to get it right again soon, so I would go back.
