Would not recommend Heritage to anyone. My dog has been scheduled for mass removal surgery and a dental procedure for months, and every time I take him they have had to cancel on me and push out the surgery further and further. I understand that things come up, but at this point it's affecting my dog's health. It's unfortunate be because at one point they were great. Now I have to get my dog into a new vet and go through the process of getting him looked at and rescheduled for his procedure. If you can't accommodate people and their pets then stop booking.

Heart Broken!!! Stay Away!!! I have been going to the Heritage Pet Hospital, Dr Sherry Sprague for 4 years. My eight-year-old Doberman was having a coughing attack and Dr. Sprague decided to just give antibiotics and prednisone for 4 weeks…after four weeks, she became worse, took her back to Dr. Sprague, she did a lung x-ray and said her lungs were cloudy, diagnosed her with bronchitis. My husband asked her to please check her heart “Dobermans tend to get heart disease in their senior years” The diagnosis after the x-ray was her lungs were still cloudy!! Let’s get her a higher dose of prednisone…Dr Sprague said “her heart is fine”!!! She did not check her heart like we asked and proceeded to just give her drugs. After two days on the heavier dose of prednisone, my dog Lucy ended up in the ER and was diagnosed with severe heart failure with an enlarged heart due to her negligence and misdiagnosis. My cardiologist is now told me that she has a few months to live. I know this is a long story, but it needs to get out so that no other family has to go through what we are going through. I would not recommend Heritage Animal Hospital for any pet health!!

Good quality care without the nickel and dime add-ons. The entire team treats my animals with respect and great care. The give me good honest service for a good price. No 'suggest' test or procedures that are not needed.

We've been taking our dog to Heritage since we got him. He is pretty high strung but Dr. Sprague and Marvin know how to handle him. The rest of the staff is great as well. We appreciate that we can put our confidence in them. We feel their prices are ressonable as well.
