Heritage Animal Hospital of Plymouth & Maple Grove

We have been going to Heritage Animal Hospital for several years. They are a great place to treat your pet. My dog gets a little anxious going to the vet, but she does best here. They are fast, friendly and caring. They have great recommendations as she is aging to help her be more comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care!

There’s simply no better care! We’ve been patients for nearly 25 years, no matter where we live in the metro this is the only clinic I trust to care for my dogs. Recently our beloved Labrador fell suddenly ill. We rushed her after hours to the ER, they diagnosed a mass attached to her spleen and told us it was likely cancer and provided us with few good options. The following morning, barely after 8am, the Heritage team spearheaded by Dr Algers coordinated a biopsy. The mass appeared to be benign and they pulled many strings for an immediate surgery. They followed up, provided compassionate care and made us feel important. They went above and beyond. Birdie is 4 weeks post op and doing fantastic. This is the kind of care you want for your four legged family members. They are nothing short of incredible. All of them.

We have been bringing our pets to Heritage for over 20 years for well care and grooming and very much appreciate the quality of care they have always received. The staff is very supportive when we've needed to make healthcare decisions, always take time to be sure our questions are answered, and they obviously care about our pets as much as we do. I highly recommend this practice!

Bringing my three pets to Heritage Animal Hospital of Maple Grove was the best decision I've ever made! Each and every encounter that myself and my pets have had with them has reassured me that I made the right choice when I picked them for my pets care! We're greeted with exceptional service right from the start from calling to make an appointment, walking in their front door, to being assisted by the technicians and veterinarians, right up to checking out. Andrea, is one of the veterinary technicians who has, on more than one occasion, assisted during the appointments, has stood out the most for me at this clinic! Her ability to actively listen to my concerns, connect with my animals, and show empathy when needed is something that I truly appreciate! She would reassure me they were going to take all of my concerns seriously and make sure they would be addressed by the veterinarian. You can tell by her patience, knowledge, and expertise that she has been in this field for a long time and that she truly finds enjoyment in her career! Every time I've brought my dog in we've had a great experience. Dr Alger and Andrea and everyone else we've seen have always been compassionate and understanding whenever she's had any kind of health issue. They've always been willing to answer all of my questions when i want to better understand any treatments I drive quite a bit out of my way to go here because I feel comfortable and confident with the care my dog gets @ Heritage and will continue to see them for my pets care.
