Heritage Animal Hospital

The Dr. and staff at Heritage Animal Hospital supported us professionally and emotionally while our cat was sick on the weekend. It is difficult to have a sick pet, and not being able to see our regular veterinarian compounded my stress. They took compassionate and professional care of our Jack. I would highly recommend them.

Very clean, staff is kind, Dr. was thorough, prices are better than average large chain vets. I noticed my kitty having a hard time using the bathroom and called her regular vet (aforementioned chain company with multiple locations everywhere), they said the earliest they could see her was the following morning. I knew how uncomfortable my cat was so I wasn’t willing to wait. Called around to 8 vets, this vet was the only one who agreed to see her the same day, they addressed the issue while walking me through next steps. I recommend this place to anyone looking to switch from the “drop off” assembly line style of veterinary care where they hold your pet for hours and hours. I appreciate the vet techs, the veterinarian, and the excellent care they delivered! Will definitely be establishing care here for the future. My kitty feels infinitely better in less than 24 hours. Came to Heritage Animal Hospital after doing some Google searches and calling about prices, and couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ve been to many vets in the past, but this was the best I’ve been to. Lesley the assistant was SO sweet to me and my dog, walked me through the different vaccines my dog needed, and was very transparent about how much my visit would cost prior to doing anything. I really appreciated that! Dr Syam was the most caring vet I’ve ever met. You could tell he truly loves animals, and the lengths he went to gain my dog’s trust was truly amazing. Thank you!

Great place, great Vet and great staff. It's been awhile so my visit was probably a year ago, but Dr. Syam treated our cat as if she was his only patient. Certainly not the case, but the point being he spent so much time and care for our little girl and we knew she was in good hands. Reassuring our tender hearts that she will be ok. Though our cats were in Cascades Animal Centers care initially, on a last minute need to get our sick cat in to see someone, Heritage was the only available place, but it was close to closing time. They did not hesitate and told us to come in. Not being familiar with them, I had no choice. Though i did see that their reviews were wonderful. Boy did we luck out. Dr. Syam was super amazing and truly answered every question without rushing us. He spent ample time and you could tell that he cared very much about our cat's well being. In addition to the cat he treated, we have another cat (her sister) that will now be a patient of Heritage's. Cascades Animal Center is wonderful with a good staff, and 500 ft from our home, but I think Heritage is now going to be the place for us. The only negative was (at the time), a bunch of their dry food bags by Hill's Science Diet were expired (i saw the dates on the bags) or close to expiration, so that might need to be looked at regularly to ensure the food they offer for purchase is fresh. Having expired food on display for purchase could reflect negatively on how the hospital is run, for some, which is not the fact, because it is a wonderful place to bring your pet. Also, Shout out to Matt a Vet Asst at Heritage. I recall how kind and helpful he was, and he, too, spent time answering our questions without making us feel rushed.

This place saved my cats life, and I am not exaggerating. I had, had a nightmare of a night at an emergency animal hospital and when I got in touch with this one it was amazing. First I loved how sweet the girls are at the front. When one of them answered the phone she quickly calmed me down and reassuring they were going to confirm medical results. When I got there with my Simba they took care of him and treated him like he was theirs. The doctor was very detailed and super genuine and was reassuring everything would be fine with Simba. The day of surgery the vet office was great because they understood me that i didn’t want to use cone and so they put a cute onsie on my Simba. They also made sure to treat him like my baby deserved. Not only prices were reasonable, but the service was top notch. They saved my simbas life and I could never repay the time I am having with him now. Thank you doctor.
