Being a Doberman owner, we HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HENDRICKS AND HIS STAFF, for ear cropping. BEST cropping we’ve EVER had or seen. No posting required, if you follow his instructions ;)! The staff are all amazing and excellent. The Veterinarians have always been honest with us, straight forward and to the point. Never felt like they were spending our money just spend it. Definitely felt like they cared about our dogs/cats and our family. BEST vet in town.

Easy to schedule appointments. If you always have cash available then you can avoid debit card fee. Staff is helpful and hours are very convenient during the week.

I took my Cane Corso puppy to this clinic for a consultation for ear cropping on March 14 2025. I had to wait for 2 hours to see anyone. Once in a room, I did not get to talk to the veterinarian directly. This clinic says they offer ear cropping but they act passive aggressive about actually providing this service. The veterinarian assistant tried to scare me into saying what I would have to do to take care of her ears after the surgery and I was still on board with everything that would be needed to take care of her. The assistants then left and returned with a card. They said be here this date and time. They did not give any options on other dates or times or what this service would cost. By hour number two, i was exhausted and just wanted to get out of there. On a later date i called back to get the pricing and I had to be put on hold so she could ask the veterinarian how much it would be for the ear cropping. The receptionist also told me that i would have to pay the 31.00 dollars for the condensation that i waited 2 hours for. Before they would do the surgery. I ultimately decided not to get her ears cropped at this clinic. I do not trust them with my dog. The negative, passive agreesive vibe and the unorganization that i received from this clinic was unprofessional. Why offer a service that none of your veterinarians want to provide?!

Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Miller are well educated Veterinarians. I trust them with my Fur Babies, from past to now. All you need to do is, know what questions you want to ask before going. In the event you feel like you didn't get all the information you wanted. Let the 1st staff member you see know what else you want to know, and they will get you the answer. Or call back when you think about it and still they will get you the answer. Two Veterinarians with two different personalities, but both are Absolutely Awesome Veterinarians. I highly recommend.

Update: We've continued to use this vet for our other animals, & they're always so kind & caring! Never a prob getting an appt either. Also, can't beat the prices! Was
