Coming here was my first experience with an animal hospital and let me tell you, it was amazing. The staff and the doctors are so exceptional, they went out of their way to accommodate and make sure my fur baby and I were in top shape. Their fees are so reasonable as well. I was in and out without feeling rushed at all. I even got a call the next day checking on my baby. I had to go twice in a week and both times were so high level costumer service. I will recommend them to anyone needing a loving, caring, warm, friendly and professional place to take their pets. Thank you all so much, you're really the best🦋💗

On my first visit, I wasn't entirely pleased. But when I called and spoke to someone about it, they immediately proceeded to fix things. I brought her back, no charge, and the vet that saw her that time was great! He paid attention to what I was saying and my dog's issues were addressed thoroughly and fixed! That was so cool. They really do stand by their word!

The front desk lady Ashley is so awesome! She is always very kind and compassionate even when her waiting room is slammed and she is running around crazy trying to get everything done. Props to her ! Dr Alex is the best! Had several great experiences with him with a few of my dogs Lily, Ghost, and Beef. Down to earth personality,excellent clincial experience, and awesome bedside manner.

Took my dog Rudy for shots and toenails last Wednesday. Was strange that taking his temperature took so long but didn't think too much about it. Five days later, still not eating and acts like his butt hurts. Discharge and a little blood everyday. Called to see if I can bring him back and front desk person has the worst attitude as she did when I came in last Wednesday. Says the temperature taking would not do it and must be his anal glands. Says she doesn't know my pet so it's up to me if I want to bring him back (instead of encouraging me to come and see if there is something going on). At initial visit she acted like me and my mother couldn't combine our file. Little snide remarks about everything. Acting like I'm trying to steal my 85 year old mother's dog. Not wanting to update the email address to mine. After explaining Rudy's demeanour since the appointment, and trying to make a follow up today and her rudeness, called back to cancel. Explained to another person, Erin, that I will not be back and neither will my mother's dog. My other relatives will also be advised to change vets and if Rudy is injured as a result of his visit, I will follow up with legal action. Most places would encourage you to come back if your dog was having issues after his visit. Instead, this person has just lost business of 4 dogs and I would not recommend this place despite the great doctors we have seen over the years. Only takes one rotten apple and they apparently hired it here!!! I'm taking Rudy to somewhere that cares and would recommend Warm Hearts. This was closer but her attitude is inexcusable.

I've been going to Henderson animal hospital for 13 years and the front desk staff are very kind. I have 3 cats 2 went to a different hospital and 1 was going there for 13 yrs. Well the 1 cat that was going to another hospital wouldn't take me for an emergency they said they would fit me in tomorrow. Really?? So Henderson said bring him over now . I did and after blood tests and ultrasound they kept him overnight to see if he improves, but sadly his kidneys shut down completely and there was nothing that they could.😿. My boy was 15 yrs old and to have him go to sleep was the worst decision I had to make. But the staff all assured me it was the right thing to do. They had him cremated and a nice urn and bag came with him. So about 1 month later my other cat who is now a patient there is diabetic and caught it in time. Thank you Henderson for being there when no one else would step up and take us right in. Catnip is on the bottom. And shady in the back gets groomed there as well . Awesome groomer and Snickers is in front of her who is diabetic.
