Service here is outstanding, sadly they are in the pricier side. I was quoted over $1,000 for a dental cleaning under anesthesia for my 17lb dog who is submissive and gentle (including labs) at this location. After some research, I discovered that there are non-anesthesia options available, costing less than a quarter of the price at a different facility. I wish the vet had been more transparent about these alternatives. If your pet is calm and cooperative, these non-anesthesia facilities can be a much more economical option. However, if your dog is aggressive or anxious, anesthesia might still be the safer route. Do your research to find the best fit for your pet and your budget!

Jan 04, 2025 · Pao AriasI'm glad that this veterinarian clinic is close to my apartment! 5/5 for sure! The staff is amicable and makes you feel welcome from the moment you cross the door until you leave. The vet technician was polite and sweet with my cat! Dr. Martinez is an exceptional provider who took the time to go over my cat's health and expectations for the future (she is FeLV+) in such a sensitive way. I'll continue to entrust the care of my cat to them.
Mar 25, 2024 · Gabriela Alvarez PérezI brought my nervous cat in for behavior changes and Dr. Wen and her staff were very nice and knowledgeable! She called me the next morning to tell me my cat’s blood work results and I was able to pick up her Rx same day. Was also able to get a next-day appointment and office is easy to get ahold of. My particular bill was $300 for a physical and blood work which seems fair.
Mar 10, 2023 · Bailey WilcoxThought this place was great after our first visit where we were trying to figure out why our cat was struggling to eat. The food they recommended worked briefly before she started vomiting more than she ever had. We called to ask if they could do an ultrasound and they booked us for that same day. When we came in the vet said they couldn’t perform the ultrasound without her fasting for 12 hours (which no one mentioned) and sent us home. We were still required to pay an examination fee for literally no service other than barely touching the cats belly. Absolutely would not recommend. Shady practice. Additional things to note: Their quote for a pet ultrasound was the most out of the 5 vets that I called. Very pricey overall. Parking is a nightmare. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable cat vet I’d recommend the Cat Veterinary Clinic by white oak.
Jun 04, 2024 · Sloane SnyderI have been bringing my dogs to Heights Hospital starting in 2018 when a tree fell on my home and was displaced for 5 months. Was lucky to find you when Lilly and Belle needed a kennel during that time. The care they received was exceptional and I was at ease knowing they were safe and cared for by Reggie and kennel staff members. Since 2018 I have used Heights exclusively for my babies care. Unfortunately Lilly unexpectedly died 3 weeks after we were able to return to our home; the care she received that day was very compassionate and caring. I have continued using Heights for Belles yearly appts for vaccines and kennel service when needed. However, unfortunately, I am unable to afford Heights only because of my income restraints. Will continue to refer friends or family to Heights Hospital. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.
