Heavenly Paws House Calls

Dr. Kiva came to help our beloved 16 year old 3 legged Pomeranian Bailey transition over the rainbow bridge. She was wonderful, patient, thoughtful and supportive. I highly recommend Heavenly Pawa to anyone.

Obviously no one wants to need this type of service, but with that in mind, I will say they make the entire process as easy as they can for you. Their response time is very fast, and they are very patient while you are sobbing on the phone and taking forever to finish a sentence. They explain everything about the process and scheduling very clearly but as delicately as possible. When the Dr is on the way they will notify you. Dr Kara is who came to help put my kitty out of her pain and she was amazing. She never made anything feel rushed at all, she explained everything very thoroughly but with compassion, and my sweet little kitty went very peacefully. All things considered I couldn't have asked for a better, more peaceful, or painless transition for her. If you are in need of euthanasia for a pet and are able to do in-home, I highly recommend Heavenly Paws.

I’ve waited some time to post this review as saying bye to a beloved furry companion is never easy and hard to look back on. But Dr.Kara was the absolute best. The amount of love, care, compassion and respect she shows for our furry family members does not go unnoticed. In March, I had to let my Lucy at 16 years old cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kara was so patient and did a great job at explaining the process and what we should expect to happen. Dr. Kara thank you making this process just a little bit easier and showing so much care to Lucy and making sure not only she was comfortable, but we were as well. I still to this day think it was meant to be you helping with this process- being from ND, going to school in Michigan, and then together here in Florida. Lucy was born in ND and we moved here from Michigan and the world couldn’t have felt any smaller in that moment when we found out. I know this job can’t be easy, but thank you again for making it all a little easier on us and our Lucy. 🩵

We had a wonderful experience with Heavenly Paws from the first call to our baby girl passing. Michelle is very kind, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Kiva was also very kind, had a calm energy, was sweet to not only our baby girl prior/during/after her euthanasia but sweet to our daughter and other pup. She was very respectful of our space and tender with our doggy. Overall, we had as good of an experience I think we could have had.

My heartfelt thanks to Heavenly Paws, Dr Kara & Michelle for their wonderful care of my little girl Dora. We were together for 15 years and I'm struggling with Dora's passing, to be able to have her be in her own home in her own bed gives me some solace in this extremely difficult time. As a pet owner I never envisioned the end, it was always making the most of our lives together the joy the happiness and Dora brought me the Best Years of My Life. Thank you Dr Kara so much for your gentle kindness and care, and helping my little girl cross over the Rainbow to Heaven. Mike & Dora
