Th vet there was very patient and informative. I just got a new puppy, and she spent a great deal of time answering the questions I had, and giving me tips and advice on how to care for my new family member.

Our Chihuahua became very uncomfortable while we were traveling on vacation. Dr. Connie was willing to see her without an appointment. She checked my dog out, did x-rays, diagnosed her with degenerative disc and prescribed Meloxicam for Taco. Our bill was very reasonable. We were able to continue our vacation and Taco is going well. Thank you Dr. Connie and staff!!

The staff here is amazing. My girl had an emergency and after visiting Hillsboro hospital they sent us home (with a rectal prolapse) and diagnosed us with parvo. This is when Lydia told me it鈥檚 possible to test for parvo if she is vaccinated and told her to go ahead and bring her in. They kept my girl for 4 days and she came back healthy as a horse! They also assured me she was parvo free-and believed she never had it which was a huge relief! Abby, Lydia and Connie are the biggest blessings馃檹 and anyone else who works here as well. thank you for all the hard work you put in even behind the scenes 馃檶

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. i have had two different animals that i have taken to this place. i had an emergency with my cat who was seizing and they took her in at 9 am and left her to sit in a cage and die while they went to go get lunch. i just took my elderly dog here for a very serious issue and without running any tests or even LOOKING at the wound she told me that it was cancer and they couldn鈥檛 operate. they gave her no pain meds and did a procedure that i鈥檝e never even heard of being done for such an issue. they didn鈥檛 even clean her wound. we dropped her off at 9 am and they told us she would be done at 4 pm. when we returned they said they hadn鈥檛 been able to get to her for one injection and told us to come back in two hours. she hadn鈥檛 been given any food or water. they were very rough with my animal. the receptionist was very rude and dismissive. the clinic is extremely dirty with a large iguana on display that had a very dirty cage, no food or water, and no decor or vegetation in it鈥檚 cage at all. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THESE PEOPLE.
