This place is brainless and clueless. Staff very unprofessional. They do not like working with you. The only good thing I can say is that they are cheap but at this point I'll pay the extra buck for a smile or two. Bitter ass people in this world want too have the audacity to make you feel bad or stupid when all you did was follow up on what you were told.

Wouldn’t do anything for my friends dog broken tail and wouldn’t treat the dog gave them pain medication and sent them on their way

Worst experience ever!! They wanted to give my dog vaccines he already received several months ago before grooming & literally shouted at me because I didn’t agree with them to give unnecessary shots! They did not update his records appropriately, and apparently did not want to. The receptionist is the rudest and meanest person I’ve ever encountered, shouting at me on the phone and hanging up on me. Dr. Liles leaves much to be desired, supporting her irrate and irrational staff member. I went into the clinic after the abhorrent phone call, I was so upset by it, and she 100% backed up her receptionist’s rude behavior. All I was trying to do was schedule a grooming appointment, but instead I got verbally abused. Also, the vet made a comment as well that they did not like me questioning a charge at my last visit. They overcharged me for a previous vaccine I did agree to & apparently did not like that I asked why the charge was so high. So grateful to see the true colors of this place…SCARY!!!The review about the staff being from the devil is not far off the mark. Some serious issues going on here. Also, I have an amazing and trustworthy vet. I only used this place for grooming. Thankfully I only had two visits there. Two too many, YIKES!

Just tried to take my cat there because she was sick and i got there at 8:00 when they open and was told they don’t have a vet there till 9:00 and they don’t take walk-ins and i would have to make an appointment and i was told i couldn’t get my cat in till next week. Who can wait that long when you have a sick pet. This has happened to me before and i’m done trying to take my pet there. They are not convenient at all! All other vets in town don’t open up till 10:00.

receptionist should be the doctor, i walked in today with a simple but important question regarding a travel health certificate stamped by a USDA Endorsed office to take my dog with me overseas, i don't normally visit this vet but my usual vet was closed and my flight was the very next morning. all i wanted to know was whether they can provide that and if so, how long would the process take. i wasn't able to finish my question before the doctor condescendingly and rudely interrupted my saying that they don't take walk-ins and that they are full for today, (i offered to make an apt for next morning). meanwhile it was the receptionist who actually listened and tried to help me with my question (after the doctor tried to shoo me out immediately). but she was quickly interrupted and hinted at to not assist by the doctor so she couldn't actually finish researching the options to give me an answer. extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude behavior was exhibited by the doctor, I'm very glad it was one time where i needed to go there, and it was terrible, I wouldn't put my pet's wellbeing in the hands of a person like this even if she was the last vet on earth!!!! and I mean it.
