Dr. Burnett and staff are truly amazing! Our Golden previously had a mass removed by another vet which went horribly, as they basically hacked open our dog and the hair took almost a year to grow back. Fast forward to Dr. Burnett removing a similar mass and the experience was a complete 180. Very small incision, minimal recovery time, hair is already growing back, and our pup was her normal self the next day. Your pet is in good hands here and we wholeheartedly trust Hearthstone in caring for our fur baby. Thank you so much Dr. Burnett and team! PS - Georgia will often pull us to the vet on walks (even when they are closed) and sit in front of the door. If that’s not a testament to Dr. Burnett, I don’t know what is!

I took my cat to this clinic when he was dealing with urinary crystals, and they were absolutely amazing. They acted quickly, got everything handled with such a fast turnaround, and now my cat is happy and healthy again! Dr Burnett was incredible—so sweet and immediately knew what the problem was. She worked quickly to get it resolved. the vet tech, was amazing as well—she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I’ll definitely be bringing both my cats back here in the future. Highly recommend!

I was nervous about taking my pet anywhere and I'm very low income they are relatively decently priced and they just love my dog Paris also they took very good care of her she had tooth extractions done and after 5 days she's doing great this will be her vet from now on and I will be bringing our cat here in the future as well. thank you so much for your kindness and love for my dog!!! Also they have in office cats that live there and they are the sweetest boys !!!

We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 12.5 year old bunny who has been a very special member of our family for his whole life. It turns out it is very difficult to find places that put rabbits down as they are considered ‘exotic pets.’ Dr. Burnett immediately let us know that she would help us and we were so relieved. The amount of care and compassion she and the whole team demonstrated to our sweet little bunny and family that very emotional and difficult day did not go unnoticed. They even sent a heartfelt handwritten card with notes from the entire care team the week after … truly above and beyond. If we get any animals in the future this is the vet we will take them to. Thank you so much Dr. Burnett and team for taking care of us.

After calling half of the veterinarians in the Portland area and finding no availability, I was finally able to get a same day appointment at Hearthstone. Dr. Burnett was friendly, relatable, and very informative. The whole team was quick to provide solutions and get us on our way and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Already rescheduled another visit for wellness exams for both cats! Look forward to coming back.
