Heartfelt Veterinary Clinic has provided wonderful care for my beloved, aging cat. She needs consistent lab work due to her hyperthyroidism. This clinic has provided knowledgeable care with complete options (including accurate cost disclosures) every step of the way with her. I trust and value all the treatments Suki has received. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice.

My baby rednose pit was scared of her own shadow from past abuse! But when I took her to see the staff at Heartfelt, it just broke my heart watching my little girl-doggy warming up to the vet who got down on the floor to work on her! IT WAS BREATHTAKING AND I FELT LIKE SOMEONE ELSE LOVED AND CARED ABOUT MY BABY, TOO! I WAS AMAZED! I DIDNT EVEN MIND THE COSTS BECAUSE IT WAS ALL WORTH IT! They truly care! This is the second set of decades taking my pet to them either, they make you know and feel your asset pet really matters! I love Heartfelt!

Wow! I was super impressed. The space was clean and quiet. The staff was kind, efficient, accommodating and the vibes of the lobby/room were very peaceful, which is nice for my reactive little terrier Chucky. Also, having wellness plans is amazing as I can have relief knowing my dog’s basic needs are covered with a monthly payment instead of large sums at a time. Thanks so much for helping my Chucky get acclimated to a new vet environment. I will definitely be back to sign my other 2 dogs up here as well!

This place offers affordable monthly plans! That's the best thing ever!! I moved to Portland from Salem and couldn't find anyone there who'd accept payment plans. Also the staff is amazing! They were so kind and gentle with my Chihuahua, Riley. Dr. Getty is the best and I would recommend them to anyone who's wants to be a good pet parent but didn't think you could afford it. Thank you Heartfelt Veterinary Hospital!!!
