I've been taking my sweet Emma here for the last 7 years. The doctor and the wonderful Karen has also been with us every step of the way and I couldn't ask for a better team for my baby girl. I never had any doubt of the care, my sweet Emma would get from them and Jimmi the Receptionist has also been great with us as well. Sadly, my girl passed yesterday at the age of 15 and if it wasn't for this team, I can guarantee her life wouldn't have lasted this long. So I am so thankful for you ladies and I will miss seeing you guys. Thank you so much.

Aug 21, 2024 · Christina EberhardtWe have been seeing this vet for several years and are very pleased with the exceptional care, knowledge and service of Dr Atkinson and staff. They show patience, compassion, give helpful tips & are friendly to pets and people. Karen, their tech is exceptional; has been in the industry for 30 years & is amazing. Highly recommend them!
Jan 22, 2025 · Louise DavisWe brought our golden retriever Mac here for years. He was diagnosed with DCM at age 5, and he lived for three more years in a “critical” state thanks to their care. The people here gave him all the love and support and compassion you could possibly imagine. They supported us, gave us advice and directions and really helped him and us through that difficult time. If they ever needed to run tests or change some thing, it happened timely and efficiently. Our dog really got the best care. I can’t recommend these people enough! Thank you for all that you did for Mac.
Jul 08, 2024 · Madison PlummerHighly recommend this practice. The setting is lovely, as it looks like a home from the outside and there was a warm fire to greet us indoors. They practice Fear Free handling, and my little man tolerated the echo and blood draw well with their compassionate techniques. I really liked the HUGE monitor on the wall so I could view the echo while Dr. Atkinson explained to me what she was seeing. Allison was our tech, and was wonderful in kindness, communication and handling. Karen drew blood with expertise, and Jimmi processed our insurance claim with Trupanion seamlessly. Dr. Atkinson clearly explained everything to me and sent home a pamphlet I could use for my own reference and to fill in my husband.
Dec 20, 2024 · D. H.After one of our cats became seriously ill we eventually were referred to Heart Of Oregon Veterinary Cardiology in the Oregon Business Park II, which sits off of SW Upper Boones Ferry Road. This location is convenient to Tigard, Tualatin, and Lake Oswego and is associated with the Animal Dental Clinic there. Their other location is in Tanasbourne, and is associated with the Veterinary Emergency Clinic there. It is never easy seeing one of your furry family having a serious issue. But all I can say is that Dr. Atkinson is no doubt tops in her field. She is extremely knowledgeable, investigative, State-of-the-art, friendly, and caring. And all of the staff there is amazing as well. We thank them for their incredible care.
