Being new to the area, I am relying on Google reviews and word of mouth. My neighbor takes their dog here. It is close to my neighborhood and highly recommended them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Jacobs was calm and caring. My two year old (approximately) rescue pup usually shakes uncontrollably when encountering new people. Not Dr. Jacobs! Beware! They will charge you up front when scheduling your first appointment.

I loved most of them there and thought they were going to become my new vet, however there was one that was a little snippy. but that's not the worst of it when I did a review the first time and I didn't give them high marks because of the one lady, they sent me a letter and told me that I was no longer welcome at their facility.. not in those words but pretty much that's what they were saying so if you had a bad experience and still don't give them a 4 or 5 star rating your pet is not going to be seen there.. so FAKE is the word that comes to mind..
