Healing Paws

After hip surgery, our pup went to physical therapy for 6 weeks. We really saw a big difference. She quickly improved her flexibility and built her muscle strength. Although she didn’t love the water treadmill, it really worked. Jacquie is wonderful! She has a system that works seamlessly. She has up to 4 dogs at a time and rotates them with ease. Tessa is the sweetest, and sells the best homemade dog treats!

We are superfans of Healing Paws! Jackie, Wendy and Ryan have all been so awesome in helping our sweet Huckleberry rehab from Stage 5 IVDD surgery. In less than three months, Huck went from post-surgery no strength/no pain response in his rear legs to standing, controlling his bladder, wagging his tail and eventually walking again with twice-weekly water treadmill, dry treadmill and electric stim at HP (and lots of muscle massage, time and love at home.) 🤗 If you are on the fence about trying water therapy, don't be. The experience, patience and encouragement of Healing Paws is well worth the investment, not just for your pup, but also for you. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My little peanut and her mommy absolutely love Healing Paws. One, because Jacquie literally knew exactly what to do to get her back on all four paws after a torn acl. And two, because my peanut has such a great time visiting her buddies at Healing Paws. Didn't think it was possible for her to walk even better than before the accident happened. She is running around like a puppy again and we are so happy to have found this wonderful place of healing!

Everyone here is extremely kind and patient. My 2 yr old lab is loud and a bit crazy every time we're here and they just smile and roll with it. So far therapy seems to be helping him with his injury but if he needs surgery, we'll absolutely come back for post-surgical rehab to ensure the best results. They've answered my many questions and made me more comfortable with the idea of a possible TPLO surgery not being a catastrophic event for my pup. Update: After doing 10 sessions and slowly increasing his activities, our guy is back to running (and spinning, jumping, pouncing) 3 months post-injury with no discomfort or remaining issues. For the cost (reasonable) as compared to the results (outstanding) as well as the personable, caring staff, I can't say enough good things about Healing Paws. Update: After Oscar injured the same leg again, we immediately signed up for 10 more sessions. He was just as crazy, Jacquie and her team were just as wonderful, and the results were just as fantastic as before. He is back to full play with his brother and has no limping or issues. I just love Healing Paws and appreciate what they've done for my boys!

Fantastic place..we avoided shoulder replacement with the water therapy. We started the therapy again for weight control and joint strength. Jackie and wendy are awesome. They care about your dog and are very knowledgeable how to help your baby get better and stay healthy.
