I could not ask for a more caring and competent veterinarian than Dr Keller and her staff. I’m eternally grateful for them! Stanley and Simon will have the best care

We met Dr. Keller almost 18 years ago when we brought our beloved poodle "Cutie Pie" for his first check up. Since day one, Dr. Keller was friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We love her dedication and care for all her pet patients as well as the pet's parents. Last year (2018) our sweet poodle began having problems walking and standing on his own. Dr. Keller recommended he receive acupuncture treatments with one of her colleagues Dr. Natalie. We began the painless treatments and we noticed good results. Thanks to Dr. Natalie's acupuncture treatment and Dr. Keller's care, our "Cutie Pie" was able to be more active and walk again on his own. Unfortunately, everything in this life comes to an end. On June 25, 2019 we had to say good-bye to our"baby boy". We truly believe that without Dr. Keller and Dr. Natalie's care, he wouldn't have lived that long. Thank you Dr. Keller, Dr. Natalie and all the staff at Healing Heart for your care and support at this difficult time in our lives. We love you all.

My visited this " hospital" based on a fellow neighbor recommendation it was less than stellar, the main doctor (Dr. Keller) is arrogant an obnoxious you can hear her snapping at her staff both nurses an other Doctors (Dr. Garret, i believe ) behind closed doors in a very degrading and condescending manner which is extremely unprofessional and toxic I'm so confused as to how they operate like this when a true holistic facility should be based on energy. Frist a last visit. Never again.

Went to Dr Keller as she was highly recommended by the cat community I’m a part of…$675 later & my dog was feeling worse than when we started. They kept having me change his food & he ended up with diarrhea all over the house. Once they have your money you can only speak to Dr Keller through her assistants which isn’t very effective IMO. Messages can get lost in translation & are open to interpretation. When I asked to email or speak to Dr Keller directly I was told I cannot. I asked to start home ozone therapy since I’m a medical professional & you can buy a machine online. They refused to help me get the machine set up unless I came in for another costly vet visit. Find another vet who cares more about your animal than growing their business.

Dr. Nancy Keller is one of a kind. Too bad we can't clone her. She treated our beloved Calico Cat Arizona for approximately 12 years. We always felt she was safe with Dr. Keller's unique gift of healing. We put her down at the age of 20 in the loving care of Dr. Keller. Although our hearts were broken we felt lucky to have Dr. Keller send her to Rainbow Bridge. We knew Dr. felt our pain too and couldn't have asked for a more peaceful passing for our sweet girl😻
