Disrespectful and unprofessional. My mother called for an appointment and they put her on hold (or so they thought) and immediately started repeatedly calling her an idiot and talking about what extra charges they could add to her bill if they did agree to see her. I’ve heard from so many people awful things about this place, but the fact their staff is so uncaring and rude to an elderly woman looking for help is the icing on the cake. Do not recommend. For what it’s worth: we did receive an apology when we called, so hopefully it’s a teachable moment for staff. She is still hysterical and feels like she did something wrong.

Horrible experience, the women were rude and condescending the second I stepped into the building and had absolutely no patience for a young pet owner. Threatened to take my own pet away from me, made my anxious pet even more scared and uncomfortable. They sprayed her in the face with some "holistic medicine" that only made her panic more overall would not recommend if you love your babies.

This place is awesome. When my elderly chihuahua/terrier mix had a cracked infected tooth and needed a dental cleaning, Healing Creatures fixed me up. Every interaction was positive, the surgeon was wonderful, and my dog got a new lease on life. I love the holistic approach and how they don't push medical treatments I don't want or need.

Dr. Stern is the best avian vet we have seen so far. She knows what she’s doing and didn’t question that my bird was sick, unlike the other vet I saw the previous day that told me my bird was merely carsick and that it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure that if I had listened to the other vet, my bird would be dead by now. She did a lot for us, so of course, the bill wasn’t cheap. I can’t think of anyone else who does what she does since she brought our bird into her home and cared for my bird. It worked, and were so happy to have our baby back to normal. We’re going to even start bringing our dog here since she gave such amazing advice for our dog as well. (I included before and after care pictures.)

We brought our dog into Dr. Stern after noticing increased itching and hair loss. We worked with Dr. Stern for over a year. Over the course of the year our dog continued to get worse. Our dog lost so much hair she didn’t even look like a German Shepherd anymore and was in a constant state of itching/ scratching/ and biting. She was miserable. I was at the point of considering putting her down since she was suffering so much. We finally gave up and decided to get a second opinion after dropping $1000’s on appointments and tests that showed no result. After one month at a new vet, our dog’s hair and energy came back. Not to mention that the new vet did not need to do any testing. The first two pictures were the day we went into the new vet (after being under Dr. Sterns care for a year). The last picture is exactly 33 days later after receiving REAL care from the new vet. Dr. Stern would rather see your animal suffer than heal them. She also calls you out and makes you feel like a horrible pet owner if you question her, or you do not agree to all her testing and treatments, or cannot afford to do everything she suggests. I could write a novel on my bad experiences here but would rather let these pictures share my story.
