Hays Towne Veterinary Hospital

Brought a male kitty to them for the TNVR program this morning. They didn't turn him away due to him being an "exotic breed" or his cleft-palette disability like other Veterinarians had. Went smoothly, staff was professional, knowledgeable & communicative. Very fast service, could've just waited out the time in their area. Happy with everything so far- kitty is still a bit bewildered but doing good! Would look into having them as our regular vet for our personal animals besides just for any TNVR cats. After running almost 2 hours late due to a ride issue, I was so so grateful that they were able to take my cat to get fixed. They were so understanding and One of the ladies was nice enough to ask me over the phone what she could do to help me. I didn't catch her name but knowing she was patient with me as I was super upset and offered to help how she could calmed my nerves. I will definitely be back. Thank u guys for all u do

I found it to be a hidden gem. I was only in the front waiting room for a few minutes wait time. And when I went back to my room everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable. it was like a family environment, it was so awesome. Everyone truly cared. The interaction between the veterinarian (Dr. Kerri) and my puppies was amazing.🐶 She was very professional but with a family attitude. It was just over all a different atmosphere. I will definitely definitely go back. The fees to me I felt were very very reasonable. But if they were on the high side, I would still be going back there because of everything I experienced. It definitely would be worth the extra. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. Just awesome. 🙂 I highly recommend everyone to try them and see for yourself why I gave 5 stars and said what I said. I really don't do reviews but they deserve it. 🙂🐶

Great place for your pet. I took my cat Cooper twice there the last 2 weeks and I am very impressed. The staff, from the Client Service Coordinator Autumn, Leanne, the Practice Manager, Crystal, the Veterinary Assistant and Dr Kerry were all very helpful and friendly. Dr. Kerry is very caring, knowledgeable and provided excellent care and recommendations to me. Copper and I wish to thank them heartily.

Great Veterinary clinic with caring staff and Doctors. My 2 Pugs don’t mind going to the Vet as they are greeted and treated with love.
