I’ve been bringing my dog for the past five years, and they have always provided outstanding care. Recently, my dog had a dental cleaning and extractions, and the entire process was handled with such professionalism and compassion. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. My dog recovered quickly, thanks to their excellent care and attention.

Dr Watson was amazing and so empathetic towards our little guy who i brought in for what turned out to be a severe case of tracheal collapse. She provided me with all the information I needed to make an informative decision on his treatment going forward. Her follow-up was so appreciated, with more important information for his care and patience as she answered all my questions and gave me more sound advice moving forward. I appreciate her and hayfield for getting us in for same day care.

When our puppy was neutered, the sutures were done so perfectly that we could barely tell. He hasn't seemed agitated or tempted to lick at them, a testament to their excellent work. Despite his separation anxiety, our puppy happily greets the vets and goes with them without any problems. The vets at Hayfield are true professionals, demonstrating incredible expertise and a deep love for animals. They take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, making sure you feel confident and informed about your pet's health. I wish that they still saw exotic animal patients so that I could also take my ferrets there as well. Our experience was great! The waiting room was warm and cheery; the assistant was welcoming and encouraging; the doctor was kind, and check-out was easy. One of the reasons we will stay is the ability to take care of Buddy's teeth through a payment plan. This is what attracted us to Hayfield Animal Hospital and hopefully, as a result of the above mentioned experience, will keep us.

My first visit to this vet was, unfortunately, the last visit for my dog. He was old, and his health had been declining very quickly. This was not an appointment that I was looking forward to, but the ladies working here made the process a little easier by explaining to me the steps and allowing me the time I needed with him. They gave him so many treats before his meds and a super nice blanket to lay on. I decided to get his paw print in clay. They called me a few days later when it was ready. While I was picking it up, the front was fairly busy with a few owners and pets in the lobby. I dont remember her name, but she came out from the desk and handed me the bag with my dog, brinley's paw print. She did not have to come around from the desk area, but she did. Made it more personal and touched my heart so much. We also got a card in the mail with a handwritten note expressing sympathy. Such a wonderful caring staff, but I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you.
