I had a great experience today with the chihuahua I’m adopting. The staff was friendly and honest! They were respectful and NOT pushy. The vet who I saw today took a careful approach and gave me all the information I needed to weigh risks and benefits with consideration for what would be most comfortable for the pup. It was worth the drive all the way down from Flagstaff!

I started going to this Animal Hospital for work purposes, I'm so impressed with the staff and the doctors, Ryan and Wayne both know their stuff. We're always in and out quickly, and they always provide prompt answers to questions or provide lab results quickly (I've gotten a number of texts regarding my dog's labs, which is super convenient.)

The entire staff has always been amazing during every visit and anytime I call. We are very lucky to have found Hayden Road and the incredible care you all provide. It’s been so reassuring having this care when needed over the years, including the handful of emergency visits. The staff is always empathetic, kind and gentle. We truly feel like we are treated like family here and the staff cares about our dog’s well being as if it was their own animal. An extra thanks is due to Dr. Ryan for everything he has done to help Miss Bambi live a long happy and healthy life, but also helping us navigate the best course of treatments and options available.

I’ve taken my dog to Hayden Animal Hospital for the last four years. They’ve taken great care of her through regular yearly visits and as issues have come up. Staff is always very friendly, including the vets who are also very knowledgeable and take the time to chat and explain things. Everyone there seems to really care about the people and pets that visit.
