Harbour Place Animal Clinic

I moved to this vet to be closer to home. I am sad to say I won’t be going back. My dog has allergies/paw licking and dental concerns. The prescription at this vet cost $265 for a 60 day supply, but cost $85 for 90 days at the previous vet. When I explained this, rather than figuring out why, the nurse instead gave me a written prescription (charged $7.50 just to write it) to take elsewhere. As for the dental concerns, the vet made a rude comment, but offered no advice on proper dental care. The nurse simply returned with an $850 estimate for dental surgery.

I wasn’t gonna write a review, but I feel like it’s really important to put this out there to the public. I took my dog there and concerns about her teeth and wanted to have her teeth cleaned. They did the exam doctor did not have her to scope anything she never put that on all she did was have one girl on the end of my dog and she was on the other end her for about two seconds and said oh did you know she has a heart murmur, I literally just had her at her normal vet. I take my dog to the vet always it’s just they ended up being closer and they do dental work and my normal vet doesn’t so that’s the only reason why I was going to them. My dog goes regularly to the vet every single , few months that she supposed to not ever once has anyone ever said that to me and she made that conclusion without a scope, listening by touching her for less than two seconds and then try to pop You know we could get her tested it’s gonna be like $500 and it really deterred me taking her back to have her teeth clean because I’m scared they might pull her teeth when it’s not necessary only to get money For them and that wouldn’t be good for them or anyone in there because somebody done that to my dog, we would have some serious problems, but I just wanted to put this out there that I think this place is nothing but a money scheme and I wanted to let everyone know my terrible Experience shame on you things are saying something wrong with the dog that is not all just to get money. I know the economy is terrible, but I would never bring my dog here cause I don’t trust you. And just so you know, there are people out here such as myself that I love my dog and I would do anything and I hope you read this and really understand. I’m from the south so I mean exactly what I’m telling you I would never bring my dog there because I don’t trust you, but if I had and you like done something shady and you had pulled my dogs teeth out or anything like that I can assure you that you would pay And you would be very, very sorry People are crazy about their dogs and I’m very crazy about mine. Shame on you. These people do not care about your dog again when I’m telling you the exam was less than two seconds like literally touched her and then automatically said oh she’s gotta Murmur is the money scheme run. Do not take your dog here if you love your dog you care about your dog you do not want to go here because they don’t care all they want. Is your money to scare you how do you charge all that money for an exam and you don’t even put your that your scope on to listen to here you don’t even put the scope on that’s how you can tell that y’all don’t give a damn y’all something else and how y’all are in business is beyond me. I hope everyone reads these reviews and I hope no one comes there because this is a shame to do that to animals, but God will get you back. You might have all the glory here but he’ll he’ll get you back and you don’t mess with dogs you know dogs are spelled God backwards, so you people better watch out

I want to thank harbor Animal veterinary clinic for everything they do for our community and Fur babies.. The office staff are absolutely wonderful they are extremely attentive understanding and compassionate about the services that will be or have been performed. We have a 12 year old 3 1/2 pound teacup Pomeranian that had to have surgery as you know I was overly worried and concerned about every process of the procedure. Jackie called and checked on this before the procedure and after the procedure to provide answers to any questions and to check up on how our baby was doing. The veterinarian in the office is seasoned on all types of pets that’s why we go here small to large animals. Those of you who have small animals know how hard it is to find a veterinarian that you can trust to provide vaccinations sedations and surgeries Due to the Small size of these animals. That’s why I am writing this review to say thank you to everyone that is part of the staff here at this clinic. We appreciate everything that you do!!!!

I used to think its a very good place with nice vet and nurse. Now I changed my mind. Long Story short. If you want to over spend your money, go there. And if they prescribe Cheristin (a flea prevention for cats) and tell you it's really great. Think about it twice and go online to search some reviews. Plus, they sell it double the price Where you can buy the SAME product in petSmart half. And they tell you it's different product. Good luck in this Clinic. Pictures show that what Cheristin did to my cat! A patch of hair lost the next day! ! ! At the exact place where I drop the medicine! Don't waste your time and money there!

looking into other review I can easily tell they came from insider. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL EXPENSIVE AND ALWAYS RECOMMEND THINGS NOT NEEDED.how ever it's clean.
