I had a medical emergency on Saturday afternoon. My Bailey ate a sewing pin. We brought him to Happy Tails where they did xrays that showed the pin in his stomach. They referred us to NC State Veterinary Hospital in Raleigh. They called ahead to talk with the doctor there to let them know what was going on and when we should arrive. I have nothing but good things to say about the care and compassion that was shown for Bailey. The staff was very friendly and helped us through a scary situation. During the endoscopy at NC State, they retrieve not, only the sewing pin but also two other objects that were a little larger than a quarter but very hard a jagged around the edges. We are so grateful that we had a good outcome. 🙏

May 04, 2025 · Tammy WebsterI’ve had many experiences with Happy Tails and have always been super pleased. I love their new facility. Clarissa and her staff was amazing with my golden girl, Georgia. She even noticed something unrelated that no other vet had discussed with me. I will always return here for my pets emergency needs.
Mar 22, 2025 · Virginia “Jenna” ChurchI have been here 3 times with my dog Bluebell over the past 3 years. The last time was the hardest. I had to say bye. Everyone from receptionist to the staff was nothing but caring and polite. I was crying so much I didn't see the small details, but this photo shows just how much they care. My baby Blue had a blue blanket and a blue heart as well. I was even able to give her a chocolate cupcake as a parting gift. Thank you very much to everyone who work here.
