I am a current client of Dr. Ansari. The care I have received here at Happy Pets Vets has always been compassionate and thorough on every visit. I have brought all my pets here and will continue for as long I live here because I know my pets are I good hands.

I cannot express how incredible this pet clinic is! The staff are extraordinarily caring and attentive, treating every pet like their own. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and dedication they have towards providing the best service and support. Their level of expertise and compassion is unmatched. I absolutely recommend them over any other vets in Cypress, 10000%! Thank you for being amazing! We took our cat to 4 different vets with no diagnosis and finally got our answers here.

DO NOT take your pet here! I would rate a zero if that was an option. I took my puppy here because my regular vet couldn't get him in. They tried to charge me $510, claiming my puppy had roundworms and tapeworms. This was completely false, as I had just taken my puppy for a fecal check two weeks earlier at my regular vet. I knew something was off, and they still charged me $120 for the visit. The next day, I took my puppy back to my regular vet, and sure enough, the initial diagnosis was a lie! Can you imagine the worry I had all night about my puppy—over nothing? To think they've probably done this to so many other people who are just trying to take care of their pets, spending their last pennies to ensure their family members are healthy, is beyond frustrating. I have the false records from the first visit and the results from my vet proving they were wrong, and I will be reporting them to the BBB. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people like this. I highly urge you to avoid this place. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please report it immediately.

this place is terrible! i took my baby of 18 years there to be put down and they led my dad and i both to believe that we would get his ashes back. after waiting two weeks and calling, they kept telling us they were on the way, but my dad called this morning and they told us that they just disposed of him! mind you, i paid $500 for the cremation and got nothing ! when i had went there almost a year ago to put my almost 100 pound dog down, they charged me the same price and we got the ashes and everything back and my baby was only 5 pounds! they just disposed of my poor baby! very heartless. do not take your babies here if you really love and care for them. just money hungry.
