We were able to get into an exam room upon arrival with no wait in the waiting room. Tech Karen was able to trim my dog’s nails without any issue, compared to other places. Dr Boyle is knowledgeable and professional and clearly loves her patients. Overall great experience.

Excellent customer service and gentleness with my pup. Staff is very helpful! We have been coming here many years. My pup gets happy excited when we pull into parking lot.

I was pretty concerned about my pet but when I called, the staff person was very comforting and was able to get us in for an exam the following day. Later that evening, I got a text reminder that also said to call them if I needed help getting my dog out of the car, which I did. The tech that helped us was very courteous during the visit and the doctor was as well. I didn't feel rushed, they explained what was going to happen and they were very patient with my dog who was in pain. Highly recommended them!

Hanover Park Animal Care Center went out of their way to make the end of life experience for our beloved 16 year old dog as peaceful as possible. Knowing he was nearing the end, we went online to book an appointment yesterday, but we saw they were booked out for more than a week. My husband called and explained our situation, and without hesitation, they shared that we could bring him in and that the doctors and techs would stay late for us. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness and support. One of the vet techs, seeing I was visibly distressed held me and my hand as I cried. I appreciated the empathy shown for me, my family of eight, and for our dog, Coach. With six children, it took awhile for us all to say our goodbyes, yet we never felt rushed, and we were given the time we needed to grieve, despite us being there past closing. A little over a year ago, we were there to say goodbye to the brother of the dog we lost yesterday, and that experience was also one full of care, compassion, comfort, and patience. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone working yesterday! Your compassion meant a lot to all of us during such a painful time.

I’ve had two business with Hanover Park recently. I used to go to them years ago. Doctor was wonderful and great experience. My puppy is happy now and had quite a bit of dental work. Thank you Hanover Park.
