This vet practice is top notch. They were very compassionate, reliable and professional. I'm glad I have a safe place to take my animals. My only advice is to make sure you're a existing customer. Otherwise the closest emergency vet as far as I know is winchester. This is a policy at most vet offices I have went to.

The seamless process from initial contact to examination indicates an organized and efficient clinic flow, designed to minimize stress for both pets and their human companions.

As a comprehensive Pet Hospital, Hampshire Animal Hospital offers a range of essential veterinary services to address various aspects of your pet's health. These typically include routine wellness examinations, which are crucial for early detection of potential health issues and maintaining your pet's optimal condition. Furthermore, parasite prevention, including measures against fleas, ticks, and heartworms, is an integral part of our commitment to your pet's well-being.

In times of illness or injury, Hampshire Animal Hospital provides diagnostic and treatment services. The positive review mentioning a feral kitten being quickly seen and thoroughly examined highlights the hospital's responsiveness and efficiency in addressing urgent needs. The veterinarians, described as knowledgeable and experienced, conduct thorough examinations and take the time to answer all owner questions, ensuring that you are well-informed about your pet's condition and treatment options. While specific promotional information is not available in the provided reviews, the consistent praise for the service and experience suggests a commitment to providing value through high-quality care and excellent customer service. The first-time visitor explicitly stated, "Thank you for the great service and experience! I look forward to many visits to come over the years," indicating a strong positive impression and an intention to become a regular client. Yesterday was my first ever visit. I went to the Romeny location. My neighbor caught a tiny feral kitten in a trap on Monday evening. I called Hampshire Animal Hospital/Hi-Rock Animal Hospital on Tuesday morning, hoping to get in quickly to have the baby checked out to make sure she was healthy. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and sweet and she was so kind to squeeze us in the very next day. On the appointent day, I called when I arrived in the parkinglot as instructed. They met me outside to get our new patient info almost immediately. I was then called inside for the exam within just minutes. I hardly had to wait at all. Once inside, I met both veterinarians, father and son. They were both very nice, professional, and they seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a thorough exam on my kitten, vaccinated her, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were quick but efficient and very kind to both the patient and the owner. I left feeling relieved and informed, and very happy with the visit. Thank you for the great service and experience! I look forward to many visits to come over the years.

Got my dog spayed and the owner said “bring her back in 2 weeks to my romney office to get stitches out” today makes 2 weeks and they are trying to make me drive an hour to the Rawlings office. They are liers, disrespectful as can be, and not reliable. I am changing vets. Highly do NOT recommend!

They are only there 3 days a week at the Romney Location. You do have to call back if you don't get an answer right way. Once I did get ahold of someone I was able to bring my dog in pretty quickly to get checked out as he was having an issue. Was pleased with their service and professionalism.

Great veterinary that cares for your animals. Helps greatly with your concerns. Don't live near here anymore but since I still come to area several times a year, I will keep this doc for my doggie for all his regular needs. I just need another vet near me for emergency needs. Hampshire Animal Hospital is highly recommended!
