If I could give a thousand star rating, this pet clinic deserves it. Words can not express how I feel and at this point I feel like the staff and I are family : ) I called this past Saturday for my dog Leo to come in with no appointment in an emergency situation. From the moment I walked in, I was met with care, kindness, and professionalism. I was so nervous, and my hands were shaking I couldn't even fill the form out. The nice ladies at the front desk step in and did that for me. The vet, and vet tech (I'm assuming) we're kind and knowledgeable. Words can not express how amazing the staff were to us. I think I'm going to switch my little guy Leo's clinic after this. : )

Absolutely FABULOUS! We adopted a 9 1/2 yr old terrier mix and this was our 1st visit. From being greeted by Misty, to Dev and Dr H...we felt welcomed! Friendly, very knowledgeable folks. Will be using them as our vet from now on. We highly recommend Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital!

I can't say enough good things about Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital. The care my dog receives is exceptional every single time. The front staff are consistently warm and accommodating, making every visit smooth and stress-free. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure my pet's well-being. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and their families. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise. Highly recommend!

Great place. The staff are very pet friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Rachel is great! And to find out the she does avian work, we were thrilled as we have two parrots! We have just moved up here and glad that we found HMAH.

They were able to get my Ruby in same day, after visiting ER Vet, and she was scheduled for dental and surgery next morning. I really appreciate how quickly we were seen and the level of care provided. My Ruby is feeling so much better!

This Vet clinic is really great! I have taken all 3 of my cats over the years and the practitioners are professional and caring. I had one negative experience and when I approached the lead Vet about my complaint it was met with care and concern not defensiveness. 100% recommend.

Flynn had an eye removal surgery at a different Animal Hospital. Six days later, he tore all of his sutures and he needed to be seen immediately. We called as we were on our way to Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital, they had a room ready as soon as we got there. Even though he had to be taken back immediately for surgery, I felt well informed regarding the procedure needed and all cost involved. I received consistent updates while he was in surgery as well as recovery. Billing was exactly as previously discussed, and they even threw in a nail trim and ear cleaning free of charge. I couldn’t recommend them enough for an urgent situation.
