Halo Animal Hospital

My pup was on his death bed and I was in a panic! I never used this vet before but I raced to Halo and they took us in. Even though tests were done, nothing pinpointed exactly what was wrong. With a very educated guess and keeping my boy overnight.....Dr. Wendy Perra and her staff saved my baby!! It didn't cost near as much as I thought it would either. I am forever grateful and will absolutely go to Halo again!!

Once again the Halo Animal Hospital came through for me and my English springer spaniel Isabelle. Got us in the next morning after I called for help. They did a great job and Isabelle is back to her old self again!

I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad, but I have been so impressed by Halo I felt it was important to leave a review. They Treat my animals like family as it should be and you don’t always get that at other places. And I have been to many vet offices over the years. Even with appointments that are drop off and I’m not there, I know my babies are safe and cared for. My daughter was there with her pet when my dog Ella was there without me and my daughter could hear them talking to Ella and they had no idea that my daughter was aware and you Would’ve thought it was their dog they way they were talking to her to keep her calm. Everyone is so kind and the doctor goes out Of her way to spend a lot of time and explain everything and you don’t feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares. The prices are reasonable. I cannot even explain how happy I am to have such a great vet so close to home here in Labelle. But even if I had to travel to go to halo I would Happily do it! Great place! Not like any other vets office I’ve been to…. Very impressed.

This place is awesome. We’ve moved our 4 dogs over to this office and they are happy as well. The service is prompt the appointments are always met with efficiency. The location is semi new so it’s very nice with a big waiting area thats very well furnished. They also have a small fridge with drinks for anyone in the lobby waiting for their friend to come back.

I am very disappointed. My dog was sprayed by a cane toad. She was paralyzed and wouldn't eat or drink. We came to you for help and you turned us away. I never knew an animal HOSPITAL didn't handle emergencies. We just wanted the Vet to take a look at her and tell us what to do. With all of the services listed you do there, I can't believe you couldn't have at least tried. By the time we drove to the clinic in Fort Myers she would have been dead. We love this Vet and staff. But very disappointed they wouldn't help. If anyone reading this has an emergency, find a different place, as they don't handle emergencies. Also the phone message needs to be changed to explicity explain you don't do emergencies any time. I would also like to know how you are not equipped to handle this type of emergency. Do vetenarians take an oath like Dr.s?
