This place is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, friendly vet that wasn’t pushing me to have my dog go under anesthesia for his rotting baby tooth pull. He stated it is loose and I can just wait a few more days for it to fall off or even pull it myself. The check up was not expensive at all, it was cheaper than the rest of the locations in town. $20 cheaper to be exact. Everyone here was friendly and made me feel at home.

As a local Pet Hospital, they offer a range of services to support the health and well-being of your beloved pets.
Based on feedback from actual pet owners, Halley Joey DVM stands out for its approachable staff and a veterinarian who prioritizes the best interests of the animals without unnecessary upselling. One customer shared an overwhelmingly positive experience, highlighting the friendly staff and a vet who advised against immediate anesthesia for a loose puppy tooth, suggesting a more conservative approach of waiting for it to fall out naturally or even allowing the owner to remove it. This demonstrates a thoughtful and less aggressive approach to pet care, which can be reassuring for many pet owners.
Furthermore, this reviewer noted the affordability of the services at Halley Joey DVM, mentioning that the check-up fee was notably cheaper—specifically $20 less—than other veterinary locations in the town. This aspect of cost-effectiveness, combined with a welcoming environment where the customer felt "at home," makes Halley Joey DVM an attractive option for pet owners seeking quality care that doesn't break the bank.
Another review specifically points out that Halley Joey DVM is a "very helpful place" that is "reasonably affordable." This additional feedback reinforces the themes of helpfulness and cost-consciousness. Importantly, this reviewer also mentioned that "They can help you if your pet needs a c-section," indicating that Halley Joey DVM offers surgical services, at least in this critical area of obstetrical care for pets. This suggests a broader capability to handle various medical and surgical needs.
While the provided information does not offer explicit details about the clinic's environment, the emphasis on a "friendly staff" and making a customer "feel at home" suggests a welcoming and comfortable setting. Sep 07, 2023 · Maria LinaresMet Dr. Halley today. First checkup for my senior Cavalier. Connor had a small loose tooth that the doctor dealt with quickly after giving him a brief exam. He was gentle and caring with my dog who was a bit anxious. The techs were very helpful. The whole visit was a positive experience.
Mar 31, 2022 · Al LeBlancThis has been my animal hospital for many years. My senior dog was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. I ended up having to put her down. Staff was very compassionate and caring throughout this time. Would recommend this animal hospital to anyone.
Apr 25, 2018 · Mollie FloydGreat place to take your pup's! My dog recently had a surgery here and I was quoted a high price, but was charged way less than I thought after his surgery. Wonderful vets and staff.
