Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic

To make a long story short, I was in desperate need of veterinarian care first thing in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. I called Hales Corners veterinarian clinic. They fit me in for the afternoon that day. Shortly after I got a call that someone had canceled their appointment and they had room for me in the morning. Not only did Dr. Wing and her assistant (I'm not sure if I'm spelling this right) NYDIA give great service but they went above and beyond to take care of my pet. I couldn't have asked for better care and all done in reasonable time. I also want to thank the receptionist that worked so hard to fit me in. Five stars and a thumbs up from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍🏼

Our appts with Dr. Beth Mueller are always fantastic. She is so thorough and always answers all my questions, she even sits on the floor to help Toby feel more comfortable. Toby seems to really like her and she is always so sweet, despite his grump old man attitude. I am so happy we came upon her. We will be returning for all our pet needs.

Everyone is always so friendly and kind. Knowledgeable vet tech and the doctor was very thorough. Can get in quick when needed and appreciate the care they give my dogs. Thank you all !

I was referred by a friend after my sad experience at my forever vet...New Berlin Animal Hospital was close to me & I always felt like I was part of a family. They sold to a corporate, & everything changed. Felt like they just wanted our $$$ & get as many cli6thru as possible. Dr Wing at Hales corners vet is a breath of fresh air. They don't push you through to get to the next client. It's farther for me to go, but the exp5is priceless!

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me personally this time. My old vet was gone from here and was assigned to a new vet doctor. The staff and vet was kind, I will say that. However, I went in requesting an exam and xrays and a panel workup (blood work) for my dog. My dog had been violently throwing up a lot of white mucus and had an extremely hard time breathing and was not doing well at all. As well as noticing the increased swelling around the ears and neck and spots on the inside of legs. Really wasn't sure if she was going to make it through the day or not. Upon completion of the exam at your office, xrays and blood work the Vet stated THEY SHOWED FLUID AROUND THE HEART AND ABDOMEN(attached) (Scary right!) and the cost for the services with them so far would be $735.50 and that they still did not know truly the root cause or issue BUT, they could do other further tests (for more cost of course) and they would MAYBE know more in a few days once they got the results back or I could go to the ER pet clinic for further help. The decision was obvious, go to the ER. The ER clinic immediately got me in and stated they needed all NEW xrays, blood work etc.. even though Hales Corners was going send them what they had already done. I agreed to the new costs since I just wanted/needed to find out the cause of my dogs symptoms. The ER doctor came back ALMOST IMMEDIATELY and stated they saw NO FLUID AROUND HEART OR ABDOMEN(attached) and that it looks like it is an allergic reaction to something and they immediately gave her fluids, antibiotics and steroids and sent me on my way with a total cost of $1,115.60. Within hours of the ER visit my dog improved drastically and is still recovering but eating and drinking and the swelling and redness is going down. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the misreading of your xray and not being able to diagnose an allergic reaction compared to cancer- heart failure -fluid on the lungs and discussing adjusting the invoice for your mistakes and I will update this review. The compassion she showed during our conversation for my dog as well as myself under the circumstances is commendable. We ultimately went over everything in detail and came to a resolution in the matter and agreed we would stay in touch regarding the dog and its healing process.

Amazing experience at every visit. Staff really cares and gives great attention to explaining everything to us as well as giving attention to our fur baby. Dr. Mueller is simply amazing.
