It took me forever to find a vet who prescribes LDN for pets, and after planning the 6 hour drive so he could take the LDN, which does NOT have the horrible side effects of all the other pain and arthritis meds, I call, find out that Dr Nancy Churchill retired, and that the remaining vets STOPPED prescribing LDN. They must not respect their former collegues expertise as a vet, and causes me to believe that they dont really care about pet's quality of life, because all the other pain and arthritis meds have HORRIBLE side effects. I am VERY dissappointed and upset! Just because the pharmaceutical companies refuse to do clinical trials, does not mean that LDN has not been tested and numerous studies with people and animals!! It has been! I take it myself, and know others whose pets have greatly benefited from LDN! For all types of pain, and helping modulate their immune systems!
