Never returned a call about my pups sudden lethargy. After they cancelled my scheduled appointment due to the doctor on complicated surgery, I agreed to reschedule after I mentioned that my wife had leukemia and her doctor appointments were a priority. When I arrived at the new appointment 15 minutes late they said that their policy was to reschedule again if you’re more than 10 minutes late. I appealed to them because I rushed from my wife’s appointment, they showed no sympathy. They have changed considerably in the last short years! They also said they only have one doctor on staff. Check that out before you consider them.

This highlights the importance of clear and timely communication between the veterinary clinic and pet owners, especially concerning urgent health matters. The same review also details challenges with appointment scheduling and adherence to the clinic's late policy, even under extenuating circumstances. This suggests that understanding the clinic's policies regarding appointments and cancellations is crucial for pet owners.
Another review points out that the clinic is "a little pricey" and mentions a practice of taking the pet to the back for initial examination and vaccinations, with the owner not present during this part of the process.
