The entire staff was fantastic, but a special shoutout to Vet Tech Missi! She was truly amazing and turned what could have been a very stressful emergency visit for our puppy into a much more manageable experience. The comfortable waiting area also made the long wait feel significantly shorter and more pleasant.

I would like to thank Dr. Carla Pratdesaba for being an amazing doctor. I could not recommend her more. She helped me through the worst time when my cat was diagnosed with cancer and unfortunately had to cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot thank her enough for the love and care she showed for my sweet baby during her last hours. I would also like to thank the entire staff and especially those that helped with treating Marble and comforting me. Thank you all being the upmost considerate, caring and compassionate during such an awful time. Amazing office and I will be continuing to bring my pets to them.

We just had to send our sweet Giorgio over the rainbow bridge. We have never been to this animal hospital but they treated us like old friends. The staff comforted us so sweetly during a very heartbreaking situation. The process really allowed us to honor and say goodbye to our sweet boy. Thank you so much for being so wonderful to us. Anne and Brandon (and the spirit of Giorgio).

Do not go here. Vets are narcissistic, apathetic and condescending. They only care about the money. My dog is dead. Had been bringing my dog Thor here since they opened originally under Dr. Berg. We ended up switching to Dr. Gibson (probably because Dr. Berg was too ashamed to see us again after I took his advice and my dogs epilepsy came back horrible - real coward). Dr. Gibson treated Thor for roughly 5 years until Thors death last week. Thor had severe epilepsy and was on an inhumane concoction of epilepsy meds. His first blood results December 2023 showed abnormal levels and borderline therapeutic levels of pheno which Gibson assured me were fine that we’d just check them with his pheno levels going forward. Fast forward to blood results in September 2024 which showed higher than therapeutic levels of phenobarbital which again Gibson said were fine even though they were again accompanied by abnormal blood results. We brought him back in February because his lethargy was worse and had started being unable to walk normally. Again his liver enzymes were abnormal and pheno levels above therapeutic levels but Gibson again said he was fine - just fat. We immediately put him on a diet cutting his food in half and removing all treats and started reducing his meds. We brought him back 7 weeks later when the walking was almost nonexistent (he’d walk a few feet then fall over). Saw Gibson and an orthopedic dr. who said he was fine but had put on 8 lbs. interestingly Dr Gibson suggested lowering meds and had not even known (no records made or possibly checked) that we already were since February. I was shocked and was adamant there is something wrong with him he is worse than February and put on weight while on a diet. They told me nope he’s fine just fat maybe you should see a nutritionist. Not even 2 weeks later I emailed them videos and called them asking the neurologist to look again revisit their diagnosis of “just fat”. They said they’d call me but never did. 2 days later Thor was dead from liver failure (I had gone to another vet the day before Thors passing and in first touch they knew there was fluid in his belly and they removed 2 lbs from one small pocket - ie he had fluid in his abdomen likely the last 2 times Guardian saw him). My dog suffered for months a painful slow death due to the gross negligence of this office. To make it worse I went in there to tell them about Thors passing and they were again apathetic and showed zero remorse. The writings were on the wall for 2 years that his liver was failing (something the drs should have been extra cautious of given his meds) and every time I raised concerns I was gaslight and shamed while my dog continued to suffer. These doctors should have their licenses revoked. Pictures of Thor at the time Guardian deemed him fine just fat.

From the receptionist, to Dr. Joseph. I can’t begin to describe how kind and caring everyone was! Our family corgi had hurt his back and was suggested to see a neurologist at some point. The staff was so kind, especially the assistant that gave our dog some extra love and told us he was a big hit with everyone in treatment 😂. Dr. Joseph was so wonderful and gave us it straight and told us what we needed to hear! Such a wonderful doctor. Highly recommend Guardian!
