This place saved my dogs life!! I can’t thank them enough!! My dog was down to her last 24 hours & needed emergency surgery & this place took her in & saved her life!!! The price was great & they did the surgery asap. The check up was great & fast. No long wait. I highly recommend this place. Sky is grateful for you guys

These people are the absolute best. They saved my dog’s life when he ate a toy. The surgery went very smoothly and they kept me updated every step of the way. He made a quick and full recovery and is a happy pup one year later. I cannot say enough good things, every single person in this clinic was so kind to me during this incredibly stressful time. Your animal is in great hands here.

Terrible service, expensive price for a cat to be neutered, chipped and tested for $240. I was waiting from 4:00-5:40. They handed me everything urinated on, traumatized, without anesthesia and some very large incisions with sutures. I hope they close that clinic because of the horrible and expensive service they offer. I do NOT recommend ANYONE to take their pets there. facilities not suitable for cats, litter boxes and beginners assistants . It is a pile of uselessness and disorganization. A woman with a tattoo of Satan on her arm.. that’s enough. That lousy free service would be expensive. Don't take risks.

I genuinely can’t thank this place enough for existing. My dog had a pyometra and needed emergency surgery. Everywhere where we live in Colorado Springs quoted THOUSANDS of dollars for the emergency procedure but our regular vet who diagnosed her found this place for us. We drove up first thing in the morning when they opened without an appointment and they were able to get us in! (Out of respect for the staff you should always make an appointment when it’s an option) but this was LITERALLY the only place we could afford the procedure. Their prices are upfront and everyone was SO kind!! I didn’t catch any names unfortunately but the front desk ladies were so kind and so helpful. My dog even came out with a bath which I’m not sure if it is standard for a surgery but even her nails were clipped! This place is truly ran by guardian angels and their low cost affordable care is saving lives.

They have you do an online check-in and then they’re supposed to text you when they’re ready for you to walk in. I sat in my car for 15 minutes and they never text me so I just decided to walk in. I was there To get my kitten spayed, they told me that she couldn’t eat or drink anything from 10 PM the night before and her appointment was at 8:30 this morning. They told me that pick up was between 330 and 4:30 PM. I have work at five so I picked up my daughter from school and went to pick up the kitten at 3:30 where I was told that she has not even gone into surgery yet and that pick up was at 4:30 unless you were texting otherwise which is not the information that they gave me when I was there. Because of all of this, I had to drive my daughter to drop her off at her father‘s work so that I could be to work on time because of the misinformation that I received. when I had told them that I was not given that information when I dropped her off that morning, they had the manager with the red streaks in her hair come gaslight me and tell me that I was told that she would be ready at 4:30. She was not apologetic whatsoever. She was very mean and confrontational. I’m disappointed because I have taken all of my other pets to this place before and it makes me sad to think that my kitten has been sitting in a cage and hasn’t had any food or water since 10 PM the night before. My husband later told me they text him at 4:30 that she would be ready at 5, he was there by 5:15 and they asked him to come back at 5:45, but it was almost 6pm before we got her back. I get really upset thinking of how she just sat in a cage with no food or water since the night before for so long. Unorganized, and unapologetic would best describe the service we got from them today.
