Greenwood village vet has been great to work with and has provided astounding service for my dogs and myself. I have two very reactive dogs so the trip to the vet can usually be stressful for us. They try to make it as easy as possible for the dog so that way they are very comfortable and safe. They even referred me to a behavior vet for my second dog who really struggles in social situations with people. When I had to drop off my dog Ari to get her stitches removed, they sedated her and removed her face stitches within minutes. They try to do their best to make it a good experience for the dog so they don't get so scared. They truly care about animals from the front desk to the technicians and vets.

I love the gentle and thorough care my dogs receive here. The atmosphere is so calm that my dog can take a nap in the exam room. My dogs are never afraid to walk through the door and are always happy and relaxed when they leave.

This establishment was once trustworthy, but it now appears to prioritize financial gain over the well-being of pets. I suggest you do extensive research on their advice, particularly for cats with arthritis, and examine all side effects on your own. After we presented evidence of the side effects, they dropped our cat as a client. Fortunately, we've since found a wonderful vet who truly cares for our cat. In hindsight, their decision to drop our cat was a blessing in disguise.

These guys are incredible. Very helpful with any and all concerns and care very much about your pets. They're transparent with cost, so you know what you're getting into. Even though I love on the other side of Denver they're worth the drive

We have been going to Greenwood for 8 years. They always took great care of our pup. Unfortunately, we recently had a very bad experience with them that has caused us to leave the practice. Their lack of knowledge and caring almost cost our dog her foot and their lack of knowledge around handling fentanyl is distressing. In addition, their total lack of caring or accountability for the harm they caused added undue stress. Our dog had TPLO surgery - which went extremely well. However, the uneducated aftercare from Greenwood almost caused her to lose a good foot and has most likely left her with a permanent injury. It also resulted in 6 weeks of additional care, several casts and almost $1000 extra in vet bills. Greenwood could not have shown less concern about the injury they caused or about the dog they've been caring for for 8 years. Never once did they follow up to see if she was ok. When she experienced issues immediately after surgery due to a poorly applied bandage, they refused to see her and told us we had to take her the to ER. While at the ER, the ER doc told us that the issue was simply that the bandage Greenwood applied was 100% incorrect and was essentially a tourniquet that could have caused her to lose her good paw. In addition, the surgery bandage was incorrect. The kicker was the instructions on how to handle the fentanyl patch were 100% incorrect and in fact dangerous (I verified on the CDC site that the instructions given us were totally incorrect.) The ER vet was so upset and concerned about the poor treatment that she called Greenwood to explain how to handle controlled substances and apply bandages. The resulting tourniquet injury has left her with a possibly permanent issue on her paw and a limp. (on her non operated leg). Throughout the whole thing, Greenwood did not contact us to find out how the dog was, other than to say "Sorry" for not seeing her and making us go to the ER. Even knowing that they had caused her severe pain and suffering, and had given us incorrect information about a controlled substance, they didn't check up to see if she was ok. The lack of knowledge of bandaging and controlled substances and total lack of caring after they injured our dog has led us to go elsewhere for care. Greenwood Village Vets: I can't reply to your response. I have talked to the practice manager 2x, but she just said "sorry" with no follow-up. I'm happy to talk about our experience there if it will help you improve - you have my contact info from our records.
