I adore this practice! They performed a significant dental surgery on our senior dog which went flawlessly, and most recently spayed our newest puppy, again, without any issues. Their communication is amazing! They always follow up after visits just to check in, making sure all is well. Reception is always warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this practice. They truly love what they do and it shows!

First, let me say that finding a vet for my dog felt like Mission Impossible from Day1 -- all the way back to 2012, when I brought my furry little angel home. I tried at least 6 vets during the course of her life and I can only say that I wish I'd found Dr. Will and Greenway Animal a lot sooner. Unfortunately, however, I brought my 13-year-old baby girl to Greenway in a crisis situation and it was too late for anyone to save her. That said, Dr. Will tried. He considered and exhausted the options and explained things to me in great detail (including a line-by-line review of her bloodwork, which I really appreciated)... and most strikingly, he didn't rush through my appointment (like every other vet I've ever seen). After educating me about the situation and the possibilities, he also gave me time and space to make my own decision -- no judgment, no pressure. Additionally, from an economical standpoint, his pricing was more than reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot more for all the time he spent with me. As it turned out, I ended up bringing my girl back to Greenway later that same day to euthanize her and there is NO ONE I would have rather overseen the procedure than Dr. Will. He and his assistant, Katelyn, were so incredibly kind and came from such a soul-centered place. I can't say enough good things -- even though this was ultimately a heart-breaking experience. I am forever grateful that I found Greenway to help with my pup's peaceful transition. I felt like she (who was normally quite high-strung) was much more at ease with everything knowing she was in good hands.

We took Stella our anxious Border Collie puppy to see Dr Kristen at this beautiful office. Dr. Kristen was very knowledgeable about anxious herding dogs. She offered many resources and useful tips and tricks for us to help Stella with her anxiety. After she passed on her wisdom, she did a thorough puppy exam and pronounced Stella fit! This practice offers Happy visits! Basically, a free visit to their office with a tour and treats from a nurse. We were impressed with Dr. Kristen and her team’s compassion, attentiveness, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you!

Exceeded my extremely high expectations! They are caring with your pet , considerate of your feelings in relation to your fur baby, very professional and thorough in their diagnosis. You know your pet is in great hands. Couldn't imagine them going anywhere else.

The is by far the most caring and compassionate vet. We took our sweet Holli to see Dr Kristen at the end of life and I was highly impressed with the care and compassion the entire office showed us during this difficult time. Thank you !
